The store is in proper order for shopping, but you need more help in loading at check out . cashier call for help and no body show up, why they were three associates looking at a car to see how they could load a completely barbecue grill into the car fully assemble. common sense show it would not fit? My issue is that only one person needed to help and the others should help other customers?

There is a gentleman by the name of Louis that works at this location. If you ever need anything this guy is awesome. Louis is an example of what Home Depot customer service is all about.

I can usually get any questions answered. And if there isn't someone already in the isle, someone will send someone over who knows those products. Also if I have a return they are always friendly and happy to do it.

I always shop at this store but had a horrible experience today in which I witnessed a disgruntled employee be extremely rude to two customers before me and then rolled his eyes twice when I asked for assistance is his department. Did not catch his name but it was an older African American gentlemen. First saw him cutting wood for a female customer and left the cut pieces on the table for her to pick up as he walked away, passing me by when I was clearing in line waiting. Then tried to ignore another female customer who asked an opinion on a ladder- she had to chase him down for help. Then when I finally got him he rolled his eyes twice while helping and then after cutting my wood he left the pieces on the table and quickly walked off as the pieces fell on the floor. It was horrible.

I have been in this store many times but they seem to have kicked up the customer service. I actually had three people offer to help me today. There were also cashiers at the cash registers and I didn't have to use self checkout.

I'm a regular at this store (or used to be). The managers are cool but there's a tall bearded guy who threw a door over me today. I asked a girl to bring a couple of doors down from the shelf to compare and pick one, this guy was helping her to close the aisle. When I told him I wasn't taking both he got angry, threw the door over me and left nodding his head. There girl operating the cart was friendly, but this dude is dangerous. If you go to this store, ask the girls for help but stay away from this guy.

Customer service and availability of help has dramatically improved. Enjoyed seeing the variety of new products too.

Flooring dept doesn't know that measures are 35 bucks not 80. Not generally friendly. No smiles. Not eager to do their job. Just punching the clock. Latisha.

Well trained & knowledgeable personnel. Hire more people and continue educational programs on "do it yourself projects.

Always have good supply of materials, appliances, seem to genuinely interested in serving customers and assisting with their needs.

I love this store. The people are great and cashiers are exceptional. Everyone knows my name and it makes me feel special especially since I've spent thousands of dollars here

some store employees in the lumber dept are not helpful and sometimes rude not wanting to show me where some items are located. sometimes they will simply say "that is not my department" and simply walk away.

So I set up a tile purchase for my project. However my only problem is that they couldn't find my supplies in the store that I will need (tile,thinset,grout) that was supposed to be ready for me to pick up today. luckily I don't really need it until 7/19 but I wantd to have it on standby at home when my installers come...

The way the merchandise is set up is easy and convenient, Store sales associates are very helpful and kind.

Had trouble finding a block sander, not a big problem though. Don't ask for help often but in the past when I have the staff has been very helpful. Cashier was very nice and efficient.

Only store in Stone Oak are that had sod (fresh and green as well). Staff was excellent !!

Merchandise not available on shelf. No back up inventory either. Merchandise is not ordered on a timely basis and customers get excuses instead of service. This is a corporate policy since the same conditions have existed at Home Depot for more than 20 years at least. Customer service is not a priority. I try not to shop at Home Depot whenever possible.

My visit was a pleasure one, the product that I got was the best in the area after do an analysis in another stores
