i went in to the Home Depot knowing i needed to create a garden escape. I had a budget and needed some color and a way to experience some flowers and plants. Home depot had many varieties and flowers and tons of price ranges. They made it easier by separating it all into price ranges sun and shade and pointed it all out to me.

I was able to find what I needed quickly, to get back to my day.

Great store with everything I needed. I was shopping with a 1 year old boy on an extremely busy Saturday before Memorial day. The store was helpful an dhad everything we needed to make out yard look great.

Excellent selection and prices but aisles too crowded; more cashiers needed.

I had the joy of meeting Sheieesa in the garden department. We picked the appropriate plants for my balcony and sun. She offered help and knowledge with a dash of kindness. The icing on this experience was by the smile and helpful fun attitude shown by Shinicka at check out.

I had the most pleasant experience preparing for summer in Chicago with Home Depot. I was treated as an old friend by Sheieesa in the Garden Department. I had met her earlier in the day and went back to seek more help. She delivered and wanted to finish with me even though her shift was over. Thank you Sheieesa for your thoughful and expert help!

I am stunned at how wonderful, fun, and great your employees are. I shopped at high end stores justifying the prices I paid by stating the employees are so helpful. No more will I do that as Home Depot has equalled the hiring practices of the best high end stores. Your employees are fantastic, attentive, and are not afraid to ask each other if they need and answer! That is rare and appreciated.

Its like visiting family when you go to Home Depot. They have a smile and a helping hand no matter how the customer comes in

I waited 20 minutes for a propane exchange. The store was not terribly busy but after two times going back to the cashier, I decided it was not worth my time to wait. I then had to walk the length of the store (I am disabled) to wait in line longer for a refund. Not once did the cashier or customer return agent seem at all concerned or apologetic. I will not shop here again.

I travel past other Home Depots to shop at the North Ave. store!!!

The Home Depot has great products & great prices!!!

The layout of the lawn and garden area outside makes it really difficult to park and find what you need

This store is the Best. They have always had the product I'm in need of which is very important since I don't usually have the time to drive to some other store for the item.

Satisfied completely regarding HD's handling of a defective product.

Support services need to deliver the service. I have had 2 occurances 1. can't get Gas Grill built,and 2. can't special order patio furniture in store. As a store you almost lost over $2000.00

The availability to get supplies is appreciated. Parking facility; employee assistance and price.

Everyone in the store was helpful The gentlemen in the garden department was great when he asked if I needed help to the car. The casher was bery pleasant and efficient. The flowers and vegetables and beautiful.

First shopping trip to the outdoor section for the season. We found all the plants, bushes, and trees to be very fresh and healthy. We found all that we were looking for.

The paint department was very helpful in matching my paint color with minimal paint chips available for reference

Truly a great experience! Walked away from Home Depot on North Ave. with a feeling that there are still people out there who care. There was a smile on everyone's face and you all had an encyclopedia of knowledge. You went above our expectations and we thank you. You are all truly wonderful people! I was in your store 3 times in the past couple weeks in the paint department. All 3 times a young man named Johny or Jhony helped me. He was so knowledgeable, so helpful and friendly and he made me feel what I thought were stupid questions not stupid at all. I hope you know who I'm talking about. He is a great asset to your store and your company and....... my project turned out great!

Great Experience, We were able to buy all the materials we needed to began our project. We have a lot of work to do and did not want to run all around town for products and material. Home Depot all. It saved us a agreat deal of time.

Every store associate had a smile and said hello to me as they passed me. It made me smile.
