I love browsing Home Depot to get ideas. I have had some work done by them and have been very satisfied with the work done. Courteous employees. Very knowledgeable too. Love Home Depot

Had to buy a new burner for our stove, it works great!

Greeted by every associate, in a kind and friendly manner, and asked if they could be of help.

Michelle, my Cashier, assisted me Greatly during my checkout. She was kind, friendly, and very attentive to my needs. I recommend her highly for any store positions. She is a Great Consumer Advocate.

I will always shop this location because the employees are knowledgeable about the needs of their customers. Large selection of products & convenient location of store. For as busy as this location is, the store aisles/shelves are well maintained.

Not only i was helped inside the store they also help with my child in the store crying. It really shows employees really care for you as a person not as a consumer

Diane at the Customer Service Desk was an exceptional help to me. She went above and beyond, knew exactly what she had to do to get me the merchandise I was looking for after a struggle for me to try and get it. She was so professional and a very nice person to take the time to help me. She is a very valuable employee to have and an asset to your store and company.

Needed a dehumidifier and Janet helped with so much expertise and I appreciated how much she knew and helped me decide. Great customer service.

Dakota (Kota) in paint is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She made my perfect paint color. Thank you for that.

This home depot has greatly improvement and the customer service has increased to a good shopping g experience. Keep it up.

Always terrible service. Don't ever send an employee for anything, they'll be there 2 hours longer than need be because they can't ever stock a lumber dept

Chains cut to size? Amazing!

Stopped in for a handful of items, and was guided through the store by multiple employees. Couldn't have been more efficient or easier!

They would not let us use the advertised $50 discount with a $300 gift card our daughter bought for us for $300. We were very upset considering we have spent thousands and thousands there over the last 35 years!

Everyone I encountered while at this home depot was so professional, helpful and kind. My children love the Chris decor we purchased!

The pro desk and the customer service desk employees are the best they are always so delightful Pleasant and willing to help. Especially the protest Jason Justin and Bob are three great guys who are always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you gentlemen. I will definitely be shopping there again very soon.

Stock said 4 blowers in stock. Associate looked in overhead for 2min and said guess we don’t have them. Said must’ve been stolen. Went to get the next model up for 50$. Asked if they could do anything on the price due to this. Was scoffed and and rudely told no. Used to work for HD years ago. I guess this policy must’ve changed. Used to give discounts like this to help make customers happy. Associate didn’t even take an orange ladder over to check the packed, double deep stacked overhead. So clearly didn’t want to help. Short woman with black hair and nose piercing. Avoid her at all costs, very rude and unhelpful. As a former Home Depot associate, I’m sad to see how the helpfulness of staff has gone down hill. Also location says now 3 in stock, so there must’ve been one there. This HD can learn from Williamsville, Amherst and Niagara Falls locations. Never had issues at these locations.

Home depot is an enormously successful corporation. Their footprint on planet earth is enormous. As the planet is an intricate web of life, we need industry leaders to spear the efforts to avoid catastrophic Climate Change and extinction of civilization due to greed and over extraction of the most fragile and precious resources.

I just love the friendly people at this Home Depot.

Great help from all employees that I dealt with. It was a quick and pleasant experience.
