Unfortunately I went to this particular facility in expectation to get a product that was told at the Walden facility was available only to travel there to find out it was not. This has no bearing on the overall experience aside from the inconvenience of making an unnecessary trip in addition to having difficulty purchase another product after I had arrived that was not able to be referenced in the Home Depot inventory.

I asked for topsoil which I bought the day before for $2.27 a bag and was told the cheapest was $3.47, so I bought 12 bags. When I got to the pickup area they discovered the receipt said 'Manure' and I'd have to get it inside. I explained I wanted topsoil and there must have been a mistake so they loaded me up, even though the manure is more expensive. Then I got home to find I only had 11 bags, not 12!

Home Depot is the best store for all your home repair needs as well as appliances and even gardening supplies Never short on items you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful.The store was very well stocked,and clean. I was immediately asked if I needed help.The gentlemen took me to where they had what I was looking for. I Left the store very surprised and satisfied Overall it was 1 of the best shopping experience I ever had.Home Depot has gained me as a customer!

I ordered kitchen cabinets and Beata Kowalska-Namulala at the Elmwood store buffalo ny, took her time day after day to draw out and plan the kitchen exactly the way I wanted it. She was patient about the changes I wanted and I really appreciated her time. I came in today to pay for my kitchen plans, I’m so excited! I am looking to complete 4 more kitchens and I will be consulting with her. Great service!

I have been coming to HD since it opened.the store is alway clean and the staff is alway helpful in any department.

Customer should be informed by Home Depot employees, asking to SEE ID, That it will be scanned in to the system, period.

Every employee here is so nice. Every department i walk into I'm being greeted by an employee and asking if there's anything they can do to help. After helping me find what I'm looking for they are actually thanking me for shopping with The Home Depot. I mean that is so professional and everyone there is like a Family, you can tell. They deserve the Gold Medal

From the moment you walk in, you are being greeted and not only greeted but asking what can they help you with. Every item is always in stock as for me and even if is not there's always an employee helping me find it. This store you can tell is like a Family. Thank you for your great service

Jerry in Hardware helped me find the sawzall blades that I needed. I asked him for help, and he helped me! The blades he helped me pick-out worked perfectly. They cut right through the metal pipes I needed to cut! Thanks, Jerry!

Clean employee are very helpful

My husband and I went into the store today to return a few items purchased for gifts that stopped working after several uses and a salesperson who came to assist the cashier with the return treated my husband and I like we stole something and proceeded to speak rather aggressively about the purchase all while never addressing us. My husband told her she needed to adjust her tone because he could speak the same way. I asked him to stand off the side and let me finish the return and he did. she was so busy being disrespectful and rude to us that she didn’t complete the transaction properly. she had to perform another refund because she was too busy being disrespectful to us. Typical behavior of someone who is used to not acknowledging individuals in a marginalized group. Didn’t make eye contact with us once and was not trying to listen to us. I followed procedure, because i called and spoke to customer service before I even came to the store and was told to bring in the items for return. She told us “you are lucky you purchased online because if you bought from the store I would not have returned it to you.” I thought to myself that she was behaving as though she owed the store and that we were taking something that she owed. If I purchased something and it only worked twice I should be able to return said items without being treated as if I stole something. The date is February 20, 2021= Saturday at 4:03 p.m. she was a short white woman with short hair and a lot of attitude at the refund counter. The cashier was fine she on the other hand should not be allowed to work that counter.

Fast, plenty of workers, all super friendly and helpful always.

If you can't find the item you are looking for at home depot then you likely don't need it.

We have been going to this store for years and it is always a wonderfully pleasant experience, there are always good deals, and items are usually almost always in stock.

During my visit this week I was very comfortable because of the steps that have been taken against covid. They have done a very good job with social distancing at he work stations.

The store was nice and clean. The shelves were stocked. I There was a variety of the item I was looking for. The employees were all helpful and took the time to explain to me what I had questions about.

I've been to Home Depot so many times in the past several months because of remodeling my sister's house, I can get in find exactly what I'm looking for and get back to work!!

I must say I love this store I come in there almost every other day to buy something for my home I’m always greeted at the door and always asking do I need any help store always clean and on point only thing missing is the Lysol spray other than that keep up the good work.

The lack of a veteran parking spot(s) is disheartening. Other home depots have this and that is why i have always shopped at home depot. The10% discount is okay but something more would be better. 10% barely covers the tax and it is quite generic of a discount. The veteran only parking and discount make me come back to home depot. Just this particular location has no designated parking space for veterans. As a disabled veteran it means a lot to me to see a designated spot for me and others who have served. Thank you for the discount and parking spaces at other locations. But you may want to set yourself apart from other store by offering 15-20% to veterans. Imagine what business and publicity that would command.
