The store was neat and clean. All employees was good and helpful. I am thankful to the employee in appliances department.

My husband I have been going to this store since it open, we purchased all our kitchen things, bathroom(2), all fixtures to fill our gutted out home, and sometimes it was tough getting someone to help you, not any more. This store has improved 1000%. Summer there was .great and very organized. No difficulty. Keep up the great job. Maybe new manager I don’t know but certainly a great change. Thank you all.

This store has improved since a new manager arrived a few years back. There is a much friendlier atmosphere since his arrival. However, from my perspective, after talking to new employees at the store their constant lament seems to be that they do not receive enough training for their jobs let alone cross training if they are sent to cover in another department. That's not good for them or your customers. The store is in great condition and it is easy to find products. Employees were able to give me directions to find what I was looking for.

Barbara is the best cashier at this store. She has such a great Jamaican accent, and loving spirit. She brightens my day every time I encounter her. You guys should clone her, so you can have a store full of Barbaras.

I LOVE MY HOME DEPOT I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED AND MUCH MORE TO MAKE OUR HOME AND YARD LOOK AND FEEL LIKE, WELL HOME. THE HELP I RECEIVED OVER THE YEARS FROM THE PROFESSIONALS IN PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL. GARDENING AND MUCH MORE HAS SAVED ME TIME AND MONEY AND I ALWAYS ENJOY MY TRIPS TO THE STORE. I ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING COOL AND UNIQUE FOR THE HOLIDAYS. LIKE I SAID I LOVE MY HOME DEPOT.

Yesterday I visited this store with the contractor that is doing my work. When I got there he informed me there was not enough wood but we could check on the supply. I went to the service desk and spoke to Nicole who said the were 300 in supply but due to call offs they could not get them in the store. She offered for me to get the longer wood cut for the same price. As we got the wood the person that was to cut it left and went home for the day. I stopped Saleem and asked for assistance to be sent to lumber. Anthony arrived shortly after and tried to assist. While getting the wood Saleem stated we could not cut the wood and get it for the same price as Home Depot was losing money. He pointed out that there was wood on the very top that could be brought down. Anthony informed Saleem he could not drive a fork lift. Saleem requested that I pay for the wood and come back tomorrow. I stated I could not do that as my contractor is not available and already have spent too much of his time. I reminded Saleem if the product is in the store I should not have to come back. I requested to have it delivered and waive the delivery cost, I was told that could not be done. Saleem stated to give him 5 minutes to find someone. During the wait. Anthony asked Dan to assist as he walked by. At first ne kept walking then my contractor called him. Dan said no because he should have been on lunch 25 minutes ago. I went to the front desk and told Nicole at this point I had been in the store exactly 1 hour trying to get wood. I requested a manager. I was told Ron and another manager, female, was working. Nicole called the female manager and explained the situation and told her I wanted to see her. I'm not sure what the manager said but she never came. Nicole stated she would get someone to get the wood down. I went back to lumber and at this time Anthony and Dan are still debating back and forth. Dan made a deal with Anthony that if he got down the wood down Anthony would have to do a portion of his work. Dan told Anthony to get gates and block off the area. I assisted in finding gates to make it go quicker. As Dan got down the wood Nicole and Saleem arrived. Nicole told me to see her when I check out. I got to the register and Nicole sent me to Leah which was great and patiently waited as we noticed we left another cart with items. Nicole did give me a discount but I'm still not satisfied with a manager not responding. Needless to say I purchased 56 pieces of 8ft weathershield wood along with other items. If you do the math my aggravation and time spent trying to get what I needed cost much more. According to the receipt I spent over an hour in that store. It took less time putting the wood in the truck, getting it to my house, and unloading. It's really sad to see customer service take this direction. I can only think about how they are always looking to raise minimum wage but the quality of work does not match. As a professional in management I can say professionalism starts from the top and trickles down to your staff. I could not imagine my staff performing in such a way. But when I see the managers response to my situation I'm not surprised.

I went to rent a carpet cleaner at tool rental. I have never used the machine before and had lots of questions. The sales associate spent a lot of time with me explaining the procedure and answering all of my questions. He was patient and unhurried, and it was very pleasant! I feel like an expert now!

This store has more variety, more item selections than other area stores and totally replaces your need to go elsewhere! The people are fabulous also!

The Home Depot at this location, Upon entry there's a friendly greeter. The employees are courteous and helpful, the store is clean, shelves are well-stocked. Cashiers are quick and pleasant. Overall experience, great!

This is one of the nicest stores I've ever been to. The people are so friendly and helpful. Made my day this morning when I went there for some more plants and yard equipment. They couldn't have been more helpful and polite. I have never had a negative experience at this HD. Love shopping there!

I like Home Depot so much that I put in for a job . I find that the store was neat and clean , with ample amount of employees to answer questions and help you find items that you are looking for.

When going into the store , you're greeted with an employee that can help to point you in the right direction . The store was stocked well , plenty of employees to help if needed , and all areas were neat and clean . When I cashed out , the cashier was very friendly , ending with " have a great day " .

This store usually has the product I am looking for and the staff is helpful if I'm unable to locate the product myself.

This home depot is busy everytime I happened to be shopping. Same good treatment which was same if there was no one in the store.

I came into the store after a long bad day at work, and the cuistomer service employees made me laugh and attended to me.

They always have what I'm looking for and offer instructions on how to use the product without ever asking.
