I needed 4 bathroom faucets and 1 kitchen faucet. Frankie recommended products and explained her advise on brands, etc. It was Plumbing 101 with care. Frankie is an excellent employee. She took time to really explain all of what I needed and why. Frankie deserves, a raise, bonus, promotion and more! You have a jewel of an employee! Please appreciate it. Here are some pics.

This is my Home Depot, I'm satisfied look!

Went in shopping for a washer and was greeted by employee in appliance section. Pretty much straight forward transaction plus a price match was great. Questions were addressed........Now lets see how long the washer lasts.

Not sure if they were light-handed but I waited over 50 minutes for someone to help me with my big box to load it on my truck. I am handicapped. They should have somebody ready to help you

It’s nice to have cashier to help ring up your items, it be even nicer if there where more available than two. Self checkout is a terrible way of doing business, next you’ll want us to stock the selfs and clean up spills. Hire more cashiers!

As a small business, construction company we are constantly looking for materials & supplies at a reasonable price that is easily available. This store is tops in the Inland Empire for both. Staff has always been available to answer questions & concerns, the store is for the most part stocked with a variety of products, & it is close to the types of work we do. It is our "GoTo" store form what we need when we need it.

I have a great experience shopping at this home Depot over the years had a great experience with this home Depot the employees helping me with whatever I was working on at my house have bought all my appliance and patio furniture the employees are very helpful

I don’t understand why they cram the aisles so full, you know you sell bulk lengthy items, trying to move that around the store is increasing getting worse. If you have that much to display, perhaps consider building a slightly larger store. Just a thought from a frustrated customer.

Very happy with our purchase but the last couple times when it comes down to parking so we can get loaded there's no parking in the loading area regular cars are parking in the loading area and it makes it hard to get loaded. Besides that issue everything else is great.

I made my purchases on line and had my orders shipped to my home. I did not have any contact with store employees but all your options assumed I was in the store but I never left my home. Your survey is faulty because it doesn’t include these options.

I’ve shopped at this location for 17 years, it has always been my choice of home stores. Always clean and organised.

There was this young African American that seen us looking for paint and he was so helpful and the nicest guy. He was on a ladder but he still wanted to help us without us asking. He was great

I was looking for red stucco tape and a marshalltown plastic bristle stucco brush. I was referred to the paint department. The associate in paint indicated his store did not have the brush but referred me to another store which had 8 of them. While returning from the department to meet my son I see the associate coming toward me and gave me a similar brush that looked liked what I was looking for. I thought that was so nice of him to seek me out - I told him "thank you".

Do not ask for delivery here. It was simple task. With the address provided deliver goods Since I it’s really hard for them to Do the delivery. Constantly calling to get Delivery and kept getting rescheduled. This is The third time rescheduled. I guess this is rocket sign for them

This isn’t my go to store and i didn’t have high expectations of this store. But can I shop without someone following me around and being starred down by the employees at self check out. Nobody wants you to ask them for help. If any of the employees feel like you’re about to approach they pretend to be doing something, flat out ignore you or walk right past you faster than you can say hello. Only to find them in a group chatting it up with other employees. I’m glad this is not the store I typically come to. As a contractor sometimes you have to go with what’s near by. I’m going try and avoid this location as much as possible.

I love Ryobi products But I am stating to get failed batteries, 3 so far.

Bought the mint scented trash bags and let me tell you, whatever is thrown away in the kitchen garbage can is undetectable with these bags! I'll never buy any other kind again.

We bought a micro/stove combo. Associate was very helpful and patient.
