When I first walked in I was amazed how clean and nice the employees were they greeted me and asked if need help looking for what I needed.I am currently working on my landscaping project myself on my backyard and winning the sweepstakes would help me out so much ! Thank you home Depot!

I do not go to this store. I go to the store on 19th street in Upland. It is only 2 miles from my house in Alta Loma 91701 Associates always friendly and helpful

After returning from a great vacation to a broken water heater. I happened to reach Manager Lola and she made things happened so that I got a new water heater installed the same day.

Went to the store to return some items. I saw some folks waiting in line so I figured thats where the line stars. After waiting for some time, i noticed there was only one register open. but there was eight employees behind the service desk, laughing and joking doing handshakes. I would have thought they may noticed theres a line of customers waiting and open another register, but nope. Instead eight employees were having fun joking around. Until i got to the desk, the one employee that was working told me, I was in the wrong line. so after waiting after people in the same line, i had to walk to the right corn of the desk and WAIT AGAIN. Horrible service.

Customer service would not price match an identical item. Their policy online states they do honor price matching based on a brick and mortar phone add. They told me to go to another home depot if wanted to get a price match. How rude.

Store employees are friendly and helpful. I wanted a coca cola but the refrigerator by the self check out was out of stock. The employee found me a coca cola in another refrigerator and brought it to me.

My go-to Home Depot to shop at!! Customer service is great!!! They tend to have more inventory compared to other Home Depots. Phil, Dylan, and Greg (manager) are super helpful and knowledgeable folks if you ever have any questions!! They made our shopping experience a breeze!

Why normal the store is clean enter time l went there and the some time his easy to locate some time not about the safe they are are doing well

Lumber department needs work in customer service area. Took over a half an hour to get help from employees to cut some lumber. Service department tried to get us help but still took some time. It took Greg a manager from the check stands to get us the service we needed. Great guy.

The return counter too close to the front door. Returns & customer service understaffed. Check out cashiers were standing around doing nothing while the customer service department was understaffed. Your website is also mismanaged. When I go to take the survey pop up ads prevent me from taking the survey. I have to keep trying to finally get to the right area. Too much selling and not enough concern for the customer.

Greg the sales associate and another woman who works in the pain department were very friendly and helpful. Greg has great humor and is able to engage anybody with his kindness and sincerity to provide assistance. My family and I felt great being in the store and buying our painting supplies to paint our living room and bedrooms.

I Always buy materials from Home Depot and really like it,I work for a Company and we spend almost $50.000 dls every year. I never make complains but today I have a really bad costumer service at the Rental Tools, so please talk to Janine, there was an other costumers waiting at the line and she was so angry and looks like she don’t want to rent the tools.

I WOULD RATE THIS STORE A 5. I LIKE THIS STORE BECAUSE I KNOW WHERE TO GO WHEN I NEED SOMETHING. I BOUGHT A WASHER AND THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY BY THE 6TH DAY. ON THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY, THE TRUCK DRIVER QUESTIONED US IF WE HAD BOUGHT A DRYER. WE SAID "NO". WE BOUGHT A WASHER. THE DELIVERY GUY DROVE OFF SAYS THAT THE DIDNT HAVE OUR WASHER AND DROVE OFF. HE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGISE OR TOLD US WHAT WE HAVE TO DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. SINCE IT WAS SUNDAY, I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, MONDAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WAS THE FIRST TIME. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE TO INVESTIGATE WHAT HAD HAPPENED. I WAS ASKED IF I KEPT THE DRYER THAT I MENTIONED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME. I FELT LIKE I WAS A THEFT THAT WHY WOULD I KEEP SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT BUY AND BESIDES THE DELIVERY GUY NEVER BROUGHT IT DOWN. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THAT IT WILL TAKE 24 HOURS TO 48 HOURS TO INVESTIGE THE MATTER AND WILL GIVE ME A CALL BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM. 2 DAYS LATER I CALL AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING OVER AGAIN. TODAY FEBRUARY 1, I CALLED AGAIN AND I GET THE SAME ANSWER. TO THIS DAY IM GETTING FRUSTRATED ON THE RUN A ROUND. I EVEN WENT TO THE STORE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPED ME CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY GET THE SAME ANSWER. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS TAKING SO LONG TO INVESTIGATE AND NO ONE IS CALLING ME TO TELL ME WHATS GOING ON. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY CAN JUST GIVE US ANOTHER WASHER. I HAVE 5 KIDS THAT NEED TO WASH THEIR LAUNDRY. WE DONT HAVE A LAUNDRY MAT THAT IS NEAR US. AS IS WITH THE PANDEMIC GOING ON ..ITS NOT SAFE TO BE AROUND PEOPLE IN A TIGHT SPACE. I NEED AN ANSWER!!!!! WHERE IS MY WASHING MACHINE!!!!!!

This store is going downhill fast. The shelves are a mess. Never an employee around when you need them.

Manager, Randy was rude and unresponsive in helping to keep the customer satisfied and leave with a good shopping experience. The appliance associate, Melissa, on the other hand was great and did all she could to assist me in my purchase. I was prepared to spend $3-4K on all new kitchen appliances but I will look elsewhere now after that experience.

Kyle helped us understand the line of Traeger products so we decided to buy. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Old school service!
