I have 3 home depots all about the same distance. I have tried all and continue to return to the North Fontana Home Depot. The employees are always available,willing to help and very knowledgeable avoiding return trips :-). During this visit I was looking for blinds and Elias was very helpful cut them to size and showed me a video that I can use to adjust the length. He also spent significant amount of time explaining carpeting options and scheduled a measurement. Once we complete the measurement I will be returning to the store and specifically to work with Elias to complete the transaction.

Found everything I needed right away . Employees very helpful

Rented a paint gun and was assisted by James. James was extremely helpful and showed us the different kinds of paint guns. We came acroos some issues at home with the rental and James tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone. We ended up bringing the rental back, and James fixed it and showed us what to do if it happened again. Thank James!!!

Great knowledge and eerily available to answer questions

I WENT TO THE STORE TO GET IT AND IT WAS STILL ON A TRUCK AND NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL THR NEXT DAY. THEIR HELP IN SOLVING THE PROBLEM PUT THEM BACK TO 5 STARS.DAN AND RUDY SAVED THE DAY!

I went in to buy a storage shed, your associate was kind, courteous and extremely helpful and I feel that he needs recognition for his outstanding work!

The store had a nice selection of the tools I needed to complete my job. The check out was quick and easy and the workers were friendly and courteous. I shop here regularly as they always seem to have what I need. sometimes I order on the internet and they let me know when I can pick up my order when it is ready. which makes my shopping a much quicker experience.

I have worked in customer service for 8 years and I am a tough guy to impress but I am greatful for this home depot. The reps at this store have helped me with everything from find a product to providing tips and solutions for my home projects.

Cashier Elena was very helpful, opening a checkstand when she saw me enter the line, showing me how to get a rebate on my bucket of paint, explaining the online process for getting it, and answering questions quickly and accurately. Please accept my recommendation for her for a raise!

I am always able to find what I need and if I can't, the staff is always so helpful.

The Sierra lakes store is the only store I shop in because of all aspects of the store being so fantastic. Especially in the appliance department with the sales associate named Penny.

Sale associate Joseph was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I purchased a may tag washer and dryer which I was completely satisfied with my purchase when I left the store. I was very undecided about the brand and type of washer that I wanted to purchase. Thanks to Joseph he was able to provide me with the pros and cons of the products I was interested in. Although, I'm more a Lowes shopper , Joseph have switched my thinking because he displaced customer satisfaction,friendliness and most of all patience while I make my final decision. I needed a refrigerator filter as well and he was very kind to demonstrate to me how to change it. Thanks Jospeh and continue providing customers with excellent service!!!

I had a honey do list to remodel my house from flooring to painting and electronic and the associate had give me tip on how to do it and it took me 4 week and now it's done thanks guy

Products easy to find and we'll organized. There are plenty of choices with varying price ranges. I have always been satisfied with my purchases and find the staff very helpful. They will escort me to the item I'm looking for and knowledgable about everything.

I ask one cashier a question and she new where it was, then I came back to her and she check me out really fast...thank you

This store needs more associate or less part timers! I could not recommend this store at this time.

This is a great place to shop for all your hardware and home fixing needs. The associates are very helpful and the place looks great, everything is easy to find. I recommend shopping here, you would love it to!

This isn't even our local store that we usually shop at, but It was close to where my wife and I were so we decided to stop by to pick up a few things. While in the store, an associate named David (more on him below) stopped to ask if we needed help finding anything. He was was not only informative, but very polite while interacting with us. In fact it was very noticeable that every associate we came into contact with at this store appeared to be genuinely friendly.. While we were there, we decided to look at a wall oven that we had just committed to buying at Lowe's, because we wanted to see what a great deal we got. When we saw price on the tag, we were really feeling good about buying our appliance at Lowe's. When we started to walk away, one of the associates in the appliance department (Joesph) approached us and asked if we were interested in that particular item. We said thanks but no thanks, because we got a great deal at Lowe's. As we're walking away, the guy follows us up the aisle and asks if we would give HD a chance to compete for our business. To make this story short, we gave him that chance, and this HD store actually beat the Lowe's deal by several bucks (paid for the installation). The real shocker was when we were checking out, Come to find out that David was actually the store manager (we were really surprised that he was right there on the front lines with the troops). I guess that's what separates a good store from a great one, since it's obvious that he's trained his folks well. I never got that feeling at the local HD stores that we've shopped at. Wish this one was closer to us.

First when I returned a bunch of shelves I made a mistake getting the wrong size the turns cashier named Mary was so nice and made me feel so much better by telling me"We all make mistakes, that's why you have me to return it". Then she got me the help I needed to get the right ones from a nice lady Diena

The employees in the tool area, mainly James, Bernie and Gilbert along with the manager Jamie were so helpful, polite and informative. Made a Home Depot buyer out of me. Thanks for the extra effort!
