The N. Tacoma store was very cleaned and the store associates were very friendly and helpful. This Home depot store you will always receive an associate asking if you need assistance with anything.

This Home Depot is the cleanest and nicest Home Depot in the Tacoma area. I never have a problem finding the item I need here and everything is usually well stocked.

Sadly on a recent visit with my husband who rarely comes along because he is in a wheelchair our trip was abruptly cut short. (He is Vietnam Veteran who is usually very pleasant and affable when in public) My husband was interested in visiting the tool section and I cannot remember what it was for. I was shopping an another area when he called me on my phone and told me we were leaving and to leave anything I had picked up. I found him near the front and he was recalled ticked off. He told me he could not access any of the aisles in the tool section as they were blocked. One with a moveable ladder another with a display and another with inventory boxes ...this was around late afternoon. What made him so upset was that he voiced his concern to a staff member who very off handidly replied that there was probably an another way to get into the tool area but made NO attempt to help nor offer help to clear a path. It was the staff persons attitude that really ticked my husband off. It was so unprofessional and my husband stated he will not Grace Home Depot with his presence ever again.

I really like this Home Depot. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and the store has a great selection of houseplants and houseplant supplies.

I went into the store to have keys made. I approached Mike and asked where to go. He said stand in that line, I am currently with another customer, when I am finished I will come help you. I waited in line at the automatic machine. I don't know how long I waited but imagine my surprise when Mike approached me and said he could help me now and took me to another key machine. I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful. Mike is a great employeee.

Amanda is great. If she doesn't know the answer she will find a source who does. She seeks to do her best dispite the craziness of customer issues to satisfy the customer at hand.

Lea, the lady at self-checkout, is so friendly, she makes my day each time I go there.

Wendy at checkout was very efficient and very polite and respectful and asked about my shopping experience and made sure my that I found everything that I was looking for. I will continue to do business at this store do to her excellent customer service skill.

This has been the worst experience ever. Order was wrong, customer service no help over the phone. Return Appliance policy 48 hrs. On products brand new that never worked. Repairs ordered take weeks out. Very unprofessional and disgusting. 4weeks since my washer was broken. 2weeks delivered new/broken washer Samsung. Still no electric dryer, because they delivered the wrong dryer btw it was a gas dryer. Never.again.

Evan, in Kitchen sinks was extremely helpful for us. He went to the trouble of removing a display model my wife fell in love with, because the sink had been discontinued. Thanks Evan, your definitely an asset to Home Depot

If you're trying to catch covid look no further. This store is not sanitized for customer or staff. The self checkout has a touch screen and handheld scanner, none of which are cleaned. The carts are also not cleaned and there are no cleaning wipes or hand sanitizer throughout the entire store to self clean. The employees, if they can be found, certainly aren't cleaning. This used to be a clean, organized and well staffed store. I'm not sure what happened in the recent months

My purchase, delivery and payment transactions were all done over the phone. Salesperson was knowledgeable and walked me through the complete process. Highly recommend.

this store had everything I needed from super support from customer service to finding exactly what I wanted and the awesome thing to me was the customer service, Stan and Thomas were extremely kind and helpful in getting me loaded without hesitation or complaint ( I had a pretty heavy load) thanks again guys!!

My family had a lawnmower that we I thought was no longer good, but I went ahead and had Home Depot fix it. The staff at the rental and service department were pleasant and patient with my questions. When I walked into the service department a day later, I didn't even recognized my lawnmower. It looked almost new and most of all it worked. The gentleman that fixed it said he cleaned it and then he explained to me what was wrong with my lawnmower and how to care for it. It was a big deal for my family to get it fix, plus the service was superb. Thank you Home Depot.

I hope the store associate and cashier would be less heartless in helping people when shopping there. Don’t make people wait in line so much. Have a good attitude to be willing to help others. Treat everyone equally as if cashier makes mistake then apologize to customers, don’t act like don’t care

Cashier Lea was fantastic!! She speaks both English and Spanish perfectl . She also was very friendly and polite while reminding customers to social distance. During this hard time she made my day.

I wish they had a zero star rating because 1 star is way to generous of a rating for this store. I will never shop here again and take the thousands of dollars I spend a year at hardware stores to any where else other than this Home Depot.

My overall experience was excellent. I found everything I needed -a beautiful stainless steel side by side refrigerator, a large geranium for my garden and several items I was looking for with the help of your staff. I will surely shop there again soon!!

With COVID-19, the best time to shop is in the evening.
