Store had everything I needed and more.

I wanted to build a tennis rebounder for my son. We saw a youtube video and tried to follow it. The store employees from lumber to painting immediately understood our needs and helped us to pick the right products even though the project we were doing is not common at all. Even they showed us alternatives to save costs too. Amazing staff with large inventory. I would visit this store for any of my home projects in the future.

I bought flowers and Christmas novelties for people I work with, Loved all of them.

I bought a new refrigerator with the help of Appliance Specialist Rob Drabkowski. He answered all the questions and showed me the features of the refrigerator. The delivery date was important as I desperately needed a new refrigerator ASAP. Home Depot met and exceeded my expectations.

This was, by far, my very best experience at a Home Depot store. I’ve visited several (Canton, Brighton, Ann Arbor, Westland) and I have to say I was very impressed. Sales staff was readily available and more than willing to assist me. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Jake in your lumber department is a great employee. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to his assistance and suggestions, my project turned out perfectly.

Went to this HD to pick up some drywall that wasn’t available at the HD closer to home. I had a tremendous ordeal trying to pay for my order because the Pro Desk doesn’t have a card reader with tap to pay. All the other readers at the regular checkout have that feature. What’s the problem here?

With Associates like Sarah and her people skills and her knowledge of product, it was a pleasure to come in to Home Depot store #2737 and place my order.

Been using shark bite fittings for years for PEX tubing for my mobil home,never had any problems.

I came in a few months back and a gentleman from I believe home depot Corp, I believe his name was Terrell, was very helpful and informative. Went above and beyond to take care of my concerns. Really nice young man.

I love being at Home Depot because they always have something new for my trade job and good deals on tools love being there and just stresses free zone for me.

I have always found everything I have ever looked for at home depot for home improvement supplies. Their employees are always ready to help.

We’ve been shopping at our local store a lot. Probably thousands of dollars in the last couple years. This store is in the great location and close to highway. The paint shop lady is really helpful and I’ve been customizing scanning our paint at the store a lot. No matter bigger or smaller sample sizes, she is always willing to give us the best try out and the color matching perfectly most of the time. Will definitely recommend the Novi Home Depot!

I bought materials for replacement of 7 interior doors and trim. Kieth and Ron helped me enormously, I really appreciated their help.

The associates on site are awesome, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. It's their back end process when you try to order 11 items in your cart and 50% of them get dropped. And that's after the people on site are helping me, and this happened four times in a row! I still don't have what I need!! I have contractors on site needing to install product and I can't get it to them! WHAT GOOD IS A BUSINESS IF YOU CAN'T GET THEIR PRODUCTS???

I can’t say enough about Kimmy. (Consumer Service Rep). She is definitely customer service representative of the year. She is very knowledgeable, professional and passionate when it comes to her customers. She is fantastic and enjoyable to work with when handling my cancellation and reorder.

Buying from Home Depot is a no brainer - except on items that are overpriced. There are a few that make no sense such as electric wire for home wiring. It’s much, much less costly elsewhere. It is probably a mistake that will eventually be corrected. I would rather buy at THD. Hopefully they will fix it. The rating is for the store and staff, not the wire.

I'm in here at least 4 times per week. I love this store and it is my 1st choice when buying building supplies and materials for my company. The employees are very helpful and the Pro desk is the best!

I purchased window shades and a patio door vertical blind. I also purchased installation at the time of purchase. The window shades were installed without a problem. When it came time for the vertical blind that is when the problem started. The installer opened the box and was completely confused as to how to install the blind. He try to make a call but got no help. At that point he set all the blind’s material on my family room floor. He said that he would get back with me later that day. It has been 2 days and I have not heard anything from the installer. If Home Depot is selling installation you should have installers that know the product.

The associate was very attentive and assisted me with loading the bags of mulches on the flat dolly and transport it to my truck. He asked me questions HOW do I want my items to be set up in the back of my truck, etc. I am very pleased with his courteous professional manner. Of course, I will be back to that store someday.

All the employees are very helpful. I've shopped at a few Home Depot stores and this one is by far the best one.

Went in for a refrigerator and walked out with 4 new appliances. Great deals and service, it was a breeze.
