Purchase pea gravel from this store for a patio base. The product was perfect for a fair price.

HD could save some money by having one us flag on a pole...instead of two us flags that are tangled up alot and require an expensive electrical contractor bucket truck to access and untangle...I guess HD does not mind dispaying tangled flags and can afford to pay to have them untangled...if you put a flag on a pole...I will check it everyday for free! I shop there everyday so...

I bought a Echo chain saw it was very nice and powerful but It did not oil the chain. There were no other saws available at this store, of any model, had I been inclined to trade down from the saw I originally selected. I was forced to take a large store credit and only after the manager intervened.

The entire staff are very kind, nice and knowledgeable in their respective departments. Always willing and offering help whenever he or she greets you. Whether I need help or not, they are always willing to give direction, suggestions of how to do the job better. Thanks to HOME DEPOT TEAM. I certainly appreciate all your hard work

Just bought an electric Toro lawnmower. I needed a reliable, easy to use workhorse. HD had more stock than other stores I looked at. Cashier Miriam was knowledgeable and helpful. I love shopping with Home Depot--my go-to store.

They wanted $373 to install a $189 garage door opener!? Bought the opener somewhere else and installation was $99. I think I will continue to shop somewhere else.

The pre-assembled snow Blowers at the Novi store typically lack the chute cleaning tool included with some bra brands. Most customers may not recognize the lack of the tool but Haley in home and garden made a great effort to find the tool. If included with the machine it could open Home Depot to liability if the auger injures a customer while clearing the chute.

Novi has the best staff they go out of their way every time I come in to be friendly helpful and make each trip to the store better than the last. Paree, Chris, Adam, Mitch and Tami are the best.

Most pleasant store I have ever shopped

Was looking for a specific fridge, and finally got what i liked.

As a local contractor we purchase regularly with the Novi Home Depot store for many reasons. From purchasing my orders to the delivery of the items to our warehouse, it is a flawless experience. The Pro staff, Justin and Brandon, always make sure to give us the best "Pro experience." They are always looking out for sales that we could benefit from and helping us find ways to save money with bulk purchasing. Brandon will insist that I sit down while he runs around the store and finds everything on my shopping list for me, and Justin and is always on the look out for new products that we should consider switching to. They both work together to find us the best pricing, and usually are able to beat what we pay for the same items to other venders. Dee is new to Pro sales management, but has already helped on some big projects for our company and has great communication with me on a regular bases. Their customer service is excellent and exceeds every expectation I could ever have. I also want to point out Mary, who runs the register next to the pro desk. She jumps in when the Pro line is busy or when the Pros are on lunch and is very kind every time she checks me out. Dorothy and Brandy at the service desk are my right hand girls for any pricing matching, returns, or exchanges that we may have, along with picking up our online orders. Again, the customer service exceeds my expectations in every way. I really want to point out Brandy's dedication to customer service, as she is who answers the store phone 99% of the time when I call and always makes sure that I am transferred directly to the correct person. Dorothy has gone out of her way as well to arrange many jobsite deliveries and pick-ups for us, and has assisted me on multiple projects for our company. The upper management is also always making sure that the customer service is up to par. Paree is always keeping an eye on new flooring colors being released that we may be interested in, along with what is on que to be phased out. Paul is also a friendly face that I see around the store often, and he is always making sure that my shopping experience is the best possible. Overall, I have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot, which is the main reason that this is mainly the store that we do all of our shopping. Our warehouse is located in commerce, and I drive past three other Home Depots to shop at the Novi location because I know that the customer service will be nothing less than excellent. This store is always clean, and there is always someone in every department to help you find something. I never have to go wondering around to find help, which earns big points in my book. I love coming into this store and seeing all the friendly faces who are their to help me! I am very grateful for everything that the Novi Home Depot crew does for me and our company!

Home Depot in Novi is very lucky to have a General Supervisor named, Dorothy. Many, many mistakes were made on my orders for doors, storm and inside bi-fold doors. I spent hours trying to resolve the issues. I was fortunate to work with the General Supervisor-Dorothy. She continued to work on all the errors until the orders were corrected and FINALLY I received doors that were not defective and the correct size. Thank you Dorothy! (Novi, MI store)
