Was looking for a specific fridge, and finally got what i liked.

As a local contractor we purchase regularly with the Novi Home Depot store for many reasons. From purchasing my orders to the delivery of the items to our warehouse, it is a flawless experience. The Pro staff, Justin and Brandon, always make sure to give us the best "Pro experience." They are always looking out for sales that we could benefit from and helping us find ways to save money with bulk purchasing. Brandon will insist that I sit down while he runs around the store and finds everything on my shopping list for me, and Justin and is always on the look out for new products that we should consider switching to. They both work together to find us the best pricing, and usually are able to beat what we pay for the same items to other venders. Dee is new to Pro sales management, but has already helped on some big projects for our company and has great communication with me on a regular bases. Their customer service is excellent and exceeds every expectation I could ever have. I also want to point out Mary, who runs the register next to the pro desk. She jumps in when the Pro line is busy or when the Pros are on lunch and is very kind every time she checks me out. Dorothy and Brandy at the service desk are my right hand girls for any pricing matching, returns, or exchanges that we may have, along with picking up our online orders. Again, the customer service exceeds my expectations in every way. I really want to point out Brandy's dedication to customer service, as she is who answers the store phone 99% of the time when I call and always makes sure that I am transferred directly to the correct person. Dorothy has gone out of her way as well to arrange many jobsite deliveries and pick-ups for us, and has assisted me on multiple projects for our company. The upper management is also always making sure that the customer service is up to par. Paree is always keeping an eye on new flooring colors being released that we may be interested in, along with what is on que to be phased out. Paul is also a friendly face that I see around the store often, and he is always making sure that my shopping experience is the best possible. Overall, I have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot, which is the main reason that this is mainly the store that we do all of our shopping. Our warehouse is located in commerce, and I drive past three other Home Depots to shop at the Novi location because I know that the customer service will be nothing less than excellent. This store is always clean, and there is always someone in every department to help you find something. I never have to go wondering around to find help, which earns big points in my book. I love coming into this store and seeing all the friendly faces who are their to help me! I am very grateful for everything that the Novi Home Depot crew does for me and our company!

Home Depot in Novi is very lucky to have a General Supervisor named, Dorothy. Many, many mistakes were made on my orders for doors, storm and inside bi-fold doors. I spent hours trying to resolve the issues. I was fortunate to work with the General Supervisor-Dorothy. She continued to work on all the errors until the orders were corrected and FINALLY I received doors that were not defective and the correct size. Thank you Dorothy! (Novi, MI store)

Hire some help! Took walking around the whole store to find someone to help me. Needed help in plumbing, finally found some one in the garden dept.

Store was very clean and organized, greeted by every employee in the store that passed me, and asked was I finding everything ok. The best I have seen in a long time. Received OUTSTANDING service from Frank (92618) not sure if that is his ID number. I wish I could give you more that 5 stars.

I just finished remodeling my bathroom using all Home Depot products at the Novi store. It came out beautiful I'm very pleased with all my purchases. I have to say they must have a great customer service training team. Every time I went to the store I was greeted, assisted with whatever I needed and at the checkout the cashiers are always very nice. I lost one of my receipts so I had to use the call in service they actually found my receipt and emailed it to me so that I could make a return. I had another question about the 6 month no interest they explained that to me.. I highly recommend the store.

Aeneas in the paint department was extremely helpful and knowledgably. Clean store and easy to find products.

The Novi location is by far the best Home Depot Location that I have been in by far. I am in Home Depot at minimum 4 times per week. Great customer service, excellent Pro desk, very clean, organized and friendly and courteous cashiers.

This was our first time shopping at this location. All four employees who helped us had great attitudes,. the store was well stocked and clean. We found everything we needed. Will be back again!

We returned an outdoor low voltage light that we purchased and did not work. We went and got another one and I wanted to test it before I left the store. Phil back in electrical built up a low level light source so we could test the light to make sure that it worked. I cannot say enough good things about Phil as he went above and beyond to make sure that I was a completely satisfied customer! Because of Phil I will be back to this particular store!! Excellent service and cannot say enough about Phil and our experience there today!!

Great HW store to shop for all your needs.

Charlena at the service desk was extremely helpful with online order WM37330023 (a 300 lb.Husky bench). I was very impressed with her because she went to the far door (lumber door) to make sure I received the Bench. She stayed until the item was loaded into my van, then she scooted off to her next task. I appreciated that fact that she took the time to make sure the transaction was complete. Give that girl a raise. I love home depot! The lady in the paint department (I do not know her name) was also helpful and knowledgeable about paint. She helped me pick out a gloss white paint for a shelf project I have been working on. She has helped me in the past and is always willing to answer questions.

The Customer Service staff are amazing. I like this store and will shop there again. Clean and well stocked.

I have shopped at a few Home Depots (as well as other home improvement stores) and the employees in this store are by far the most approachable and helpful. Three times during my shopping try someone from the store came up to me to ask "Can I help you?". One of the employees even walked me to the other end of the store and found an employee from that department to answer my question. Great experience.

We had a very nice experience with Mike C and Gabriel from the lumber department. They both really took their time to understand our project and help us. Thank you both for your help.

As I purchased mulch at the Novi Home Depot via 3 different trips there these past few days, Dana, Jeff and Nick ‘loaded up’ my vehicle in a friendly, efficient manner. I would definitely recommend Novi Home Depot. Jim B.

I received excellent service from Daniel in electrical. It started over the phone for the product I thought I needed. When I got the the electrical section in the store, Daniel had pulled the products, explained why this product and was ready to explain how to do the job. See Daniel for your electrical needs to receive great customer service!!!

Great experience. David in Plumbing helped me find the right shower pan and supplies. He answered all my other plumbing questions having to do with drains and water supply line. We special ordered the shower pan right there. He also helped me select other materials I'll need to complete my project. David made the process both quick and easy. Thanks.

We were shopping for a new washer and dryer, and D in the appliance department was a pure pleasure. He met us with a smile and warmth, and it was evident that he cared about helping customers find the best product to meet their wants, needs, and budget. He carefully explained differences in the products, and he checked in with us as he presented to make sure we understood features, benefits, warranties, and what sales were available that day and what was starting the next morning. We couldn't have asked for a better experience when spending a fair amount of money on appliances.

This store is one to make an example of customer service.
