Purchased the Club Cadet Grass Catcher kit. It took me 40 min to attach and assemble, up and running good. The store employee (Laurie) did a great job helping me. If you want a no nonsense experience this is the Store.

Associates were friendly. Store was very clean. Shelves were well stocked and a great variety of items to choose from but not overwhelming. Found the perfect fixture for our renovation.

The saleslady who helped me was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the products and services available from Home Depot.

Mike, the Appliance Dep't Supervisor was great. I had purchased a Samsung washer, which shook horribly when going into any spin cycle. After several service calls, Samsung told me it was "normal operation" and they considered it "Buyer's Remorse " if I wasn't satisfied. Even though Samsung refused to allow me to return the washer,Mike took it back for a full refund, and sold me one by another manufacturer that works great. I'll never buy another Samsung product, but will continue to be a loyal Home Depot customer!

From out of town and I wish my Home Depot was this good! I am helping my parents with some reorganization and the Staff here was extremely helpful.

I had a good experience at the Novi Store, I expected some resistance but received none. I was exchanging defective LED Bulbs and the employees made that process easy and satisfactory.

I was served by Erin, who helped me with a credit card malfunction. Her solution provided me information on how to receive a substantial discount on my purchase.

Whenever I shop at the Home Depot stores (mostly at Novi, MI) I'm greeted by friendly associates. When I walk down the isles in search of the item I came for , there is an associate usually there to lend assistance. Isles are always neat and well stocked.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. They helped me with my purchase.

Store was neat and clean; aisles weren't too cluttered. Didn't really see very many employees in the aisles

aisles are much clearer now - not so many extra displays. Much brighter than some of the other stores I visit

From the moment we walked in the store staff were asking if they could assist us, steered us in the right direction. Cathy Callen personally got up from her desk and left what she was doing to walk us over to the person we needed to see, stayed with us till he was available. Chuck Carpenter assisted us on our purchase, took time to go over reviews, features of the product we were going to purchase. Made sure we were 100% satisfied when we left store.

The store was well stocked and organized, items were easy to find. All the assistance there were able to answer my questions and checkout was very friendly.

The store was clean every employee greeted me as I walked by. Help to get products off the top shelf was there before I asked for it. Check out was as much fun as a day at the beach. Loved it, Thank you Homedepot and staff.

The store was well stocked except for the tile I wanted to purchase. The associate suggested I buy it on line & have it delivered. Great idea as I didn't have to move it myself. Very knowledgeable staff.

In a recent visit I was buying 8 bags of mulch. As I started to load Brandon came over and said he would take care of that for me. He preceded to load onto my cart then said to bring the car around and he'd put them in for me. I offered a tip which he refused saying he was glad he could help

The person cutting the lumber I purchased was quick and friendly and knew what he was doing.
