From entrance to exit the store and associates were friendly and very helpful. I usually shop at the HD in White Lake but, just happened to be in the Novi area and dropped in for a small item. I find that the HD stores carry almost everything a DIY person needs to complete most home repairs. Thanks and keep up the good relationships and products.

Their people are simply awesome. Jeff in appliances is a customer service rockstar. Fred? (Big black guy who was working paint on the evening of the 11/24) was super friendly and helpful. Sorry maybe Fred -- your name was hard to read -- but you are a cool dude. The place is just stocked with all around good people who really seem like they want to help you.

For a store to be nearly empty, and have a surplus of associates around the store, yet not one who is available to help with a specific purchase that I was told only one person could handle, is absurd. That person was tied up for the 27 minutes I waited. The store was not busy, in fact not one customer or associate passed down the aisle while I waited. I went around and asked at least five different people for help. I was told no one could help so I asked for the mgr who sent the staff member back to tell me someone would be there to help. I waited a little longer and left. I have never been to a Home Depot Store where that lack of attention occurred. I have been some stores where you are approached by cheerful attentive staff who can’t do enough to help customers. This was an isolated experience. I went down the road a few miles to another THD and got what I needed (almost) in about five minutes. Without exaggerating I was back in my car and on my in no more than ten minutes at most. It was a bizarre contrast. However the fast service was all for naught as they cut them wrong. More time wasted to go back and try for a third time.

The floor plans of Home Depot make it easy to navigate through and find the items you need. There are Associates ready to assist you, everywhere you look. And each that I've came across have good knowledge on the job, project, and items that I inquire about. Also the Home Depot App, and website make it super quick and easy to find everything.

I really had a hard time finding the product I wanted to buy. It seemed like the first three associates just passed me off from one aisle to another. The fourth associate was great and she made it her quest to find this product. The product was well hidden in the store and I would have never found it myself. I believe that most associates are not familiar with this item.

Great experience at checkout. In store person came to offer help and clarified the details of devices which were purchased.

It took a while to find the right paint and match what I used before but the associate was extremely patient and figured out exactly what I needed.

The Power Equipment Specialist at the Novi, MI Home Depot, not only did an amazing job of repairing my snowblower, but communicated to me, the options for repair and the associated costs, the job was done in a very timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. This was the second time that I chose this Home Depot for repair service, and I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others.

There are two Home Depot stores closer to my home than the Novi store. I drive the extra distance to use the Novi store because the employees there are so happy and helpful.

Ordered carpeting, measurers made some mistakes on order, went into novi store, j from flooring and d were great. They figured it all out promptly, pleasantly, and thoroughly. Nice assortment.

Home Depot is the best and the Novi Store is too. Very clean store. Many available and friendly associates and cashiers.

Have always known that if you know you'll have questions regarding a product, it's always best to go to the Depot over the "L" place.... can always find an associate that has great product knowledge, and many times will take the time to demonstrate and teach the use.

The product I required was easy to find. An associate helped obtain it. and both the associate and cashier were courteous and helpful and pleasant.
