Customer service is extremely inconsistent. Some personnel are extremely friendly and helpful while others are indifferent. The price match policy varies depending on who you deal with, as well as the military discounts for the same items.

Thanks to Jerrie! My husband and I were able to find the perfect appliance suite. We were able to get a fast turn around for delivery and an additional rebate. He was very knowledgeable and polite when assisting us. We will be back for our home needs in the future.

They no longer have cashiers, only self checkout. Which means people were let go. I do not wish to do the work for them so they can make even more money off me.

Went to store Friday after lunch. Nobody in plumbing aisle t help. 5 employees standing at front and yet I have to check myself out. Not a single person ever offered to help, rang up my purchase, or said "thank you".

This is the best Home Depot in wake county!! Very helpful in lumber and get you out fast! Pro desk helps with checkout if needed. I don’t like the new checkout setup!! Stand next to the checkout person?? Look right into the money drawer? Hum

This is one of the best stores for customer service and customer satisfaction. I normally like to use the HomeDepot app to find things on my own, but I am also continually impressed with all the employees that ask if I need anything what-so-ever and are always eager help me. This store definitely has the very best attitude of employees toward their customers for any store that I have shopped at!

Employees as of late have seemed annoyed when asked a question about an item. Have seen arguments and swearing by employees. Was told they didn’t have something in stock when it was right there on the top shelf. (Just needed the forklift to get it down).
