Your going to get nothing but top notch service at store 679 aka Home Depot on W Vista Way. I had to go there multiple times over the past few days and no matter what time of day, what employee was helping me, there was nothing but smiles and great service. I would recommend this store to anyone that needs a high quality home improvement store. You will be in and out as fast as it takes u to locate what u need and you will have plenty of help in doing so. 5 stars is a garentee.

This store is smaller than most and the layout of the store is quite unique. It has a constant flow of customers. The employees are polite, respectful, helpful, and focused on the customer. I shop here because of the customer service I receive. This store is by far better than the other home improvement store.

I love this store. The employees are friendly and proactive as it relates to offering service, and the products I need are always in stock.

As a Handyman, I buy a great deal from this store since it is the closest one to my house. Although it is a small store I usually can find what I need and tend to over buy certain products. Saying that, occasionally I have many returns for Items I did not use. The cashier, Tammy, in return and customer service area is always very help full and speedy in processing my returns. She is knowledgable and always has a smile on her face.

The staff at the Oceanside store are always readily available to assist customers. At other warehouse stores ones is hard pressed to find staff, but at this Home Depot, they actively look for ways to assist and that attitude keeps me returning happily.

Display improvement recently has made this store much nicer to navigate, easier on the eye while the employees are now friendlier in this setting.

PRODUCTS WERE AVAILABLE THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND AT OTHER HOME CARE STORES

I prefer to drive 7 more minutes to this store rather than the competition. Better service, knowledgeable employees, and overall prices. Love this store.

My cabinet order was cancelled without my notification. My window installation was repeatedly delayed due to salesman error. My Will Call order was never pulled. I spent hundreds on Home Depot's mistakes. I would not recommend this store.

Home Depot is probably my favorite store. It's like a Big Boys Toy Store. I can go in and find what I need and if I am not sure exactly what I need I can find someone who not only helps me find it but suggests options and offers ideas. I'm not the most handy person. I also like to look around and find things I did not know I needed. That's half the fun. I also like the fact that Home Depots commitment to Veterans is more than just lip service. I don't think I have ever been there where the parking lot was not at least 80% full. There is a reason for that. But the check out lines keep moving.

I go to Home Depot on a regular basis. At LEAST 2-3 times a month. I always see Tammy working the returns department. She is always very helpful, she always has a smile and she is one of the kindest people in the store. I can tell she likes her job. I am very happy there is a Home Depot in my neighborhood. I am a DIY girl and I always have a couple projects going. It is nice to be able to go to one store for all my needs weather is it decorating my home with plants, glue sticks for my glue gun. Shelving options for organizing my home or office, lighting with bulbs galore, so many tools and so many brands. I could spend hours at Home Depot, and often do..... Thanks HD and Tammy for being the bright spot in many of my days... Kimberly
