This store consistently has been a great resource since it was built about 25 years ago.

We found everything easily, mostly because we had Josh at the service desk helping and Chris in flooring putting everything together for us. It was the end of a long day and my contractor was tired so the extra help we got was much appreciated. I am so happy to have a HomeDepot so close.

Duane and Erick loaded my bulky bbq into my car and they did it carefully with patience and cheerfulness. It required unscrewing one of the side tables off, too. Thanks, guys!

Our Oceanside store is one of the smallest of all the locations not to mention one of the originals on the west coast. The store is cramped and the parking lot can not fit full sized pickups. Despite all that the Home Depot crew makes the best of it by stocking on non pike times and being very helpful. If an employee cannot help they find someone who can within a few seconds.

What I needed was on a display case near the entrance. Did not have to search for it.

Many years ago it was impossible to find someone to help you in a Home Depot. But this store had helpful people on every aisle.

On many products price bar code are missing or wrong

It was nice and clean but the stuff I was looking for people put other stuff on it so I couldn't get it cuz it was kinda messy

I needed assistance in determining what product would be available for immediate pickup. The associate ran back to the plumbing department and determined what was in stock, described the choices and helped me make my selection. Fabulous customer service!

I thought the operation of the store was top notch ,because the staff was knowledgeable and quick to help.The products were arranged well to make my choice easy.

We were buying a new lawn mower and needed assistance with the heavy box. A sales associate put it on a cart, pushed it through the check out and loaded it in our car! Great service! Too bad he couldn't come home and mow our lawn!

Robert runs a great store. He has all the associates well trained to assure that the shopping experience is at the highest level possible. Store is neat, clean' and in stock.

The store was clean and I received excellent service with my appliance purchase.

went to a larger home depot first and tiles we wanted were completely out of stock. no phone reception inside store and hard to find an associate. this home depot had some of what we wanted . Very heavy to load boxes of tile and unload tiles into car and no assistance offered although one associate did assist by cutting apart secure plastic bindings holding together multiple tile boxes when we asked.

Love the Hawaii theme of some items in the plant area! Spent a lot of time looking at each item. Some of them were very creative. My only wish was that they were a little less expensive.

I work with David at the Pro Desk primarily. He is knowledgeable and efficient in getting me and my employees checked out of the store and back to work. Good job. I always appreciate his help.

Associates of some departments still very difficult to find at times! Got a little better for awhile, but now appears to be going down hill again! This wastes our time! Incorrect items ordered on line by an associate after non-availability in store!

Jeffery in the Garden, Bar-B-Q area was super helpful in trying to find what I was looking for. He also went above and beyond to help me find a part for a table. He had to bring a rolling ladder from the other side of the store to get up high to get me the part I needed.

Overall the store is very clean and easy to shop. Employees are helpful and knowledgable. What made me feel like writing this was at time of check out I was grabbed from line by pro desk guys and offered to speed up check out and got me on my way. Thanks
