All of the products I needed to purchase were available and reasonably priced. I needed a piece of wood cut and an employee was able to help me quickly. When I was at the register, the price tag was missing from the piece of wood and the cashier apologized. I personally didn't care that I had to wait for the price check, I know things happen. The cashier thanked me for being patient, too! The staff was friendly and my experience was great!

We visit this Home Depot frequently and have a great experience almost every time. The store associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. We ran into a problem buying the unfinished cabinetry we wanted because they don't carry a lot at this particular store, but otherwise they have had everything we needed to refinish our kitchen.

The associate patiently tried to help me find a light kit for a ceiling fan. When we could not find one, he helped me find a new ceiling fan with light that cost less than $t.00 more than the kit I had purchased and returned.

I had several plumbing and electrical "problems" to solve. Several sales associates approached me and all helped me to find what I needed very quickly. They were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this Home Depot store!

Home Depot store #4123 is the most helpful home product store that we have ever shopped. I will send all the people that I know to this Home Depot store.

I stopped in to get a blind cut for my daughter's room. I figured it would take a while because it wasn't just a run in, grab it and get out. On my way to that department an employee asked if I needed help. I know some people like to be left alone to shop, but I appreciated that he asked. When I told him what I needed he took me right were I needed to be, helped me pick out the replacement blind (explaining the differences) and then cut it for me. I really felt like he went above and beyond, and that is what I have come to expect from the employees here. Thanks Matt D.

It is always a pleasure to shop at the Ben Avon Heights Home Depot. No matter where you are in the store ,someone is there to assist you. Everyone has a knowledge of where things are inn the entire store. It just makes it so easy to get things done. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I went shopping for some house plants on Christmas Eve, the associates were helpful, the selection was bountiful, and prices were surprisingly affordable. I'll certainly be back. The checkout was swift and the cashiers were very pleasant.

I love closer to other Home Depots BUT Ohio Township is the BEST! They are friendliest, most helpful (sometimes have to search for help, but find quicker than other Home Depots),have items in stock, and helpful.

We shop quite often at this store and have always been very satisfied not only with the products we buy but also with how friendly and helpful the people who work there are! They go out of there way to assist you and answer any questions you might have.It makes for a very nice shopping experience.

I needed an odd sized blackout blind for my large bedroom window. Home Depot had one that was able to be cut to size right in the store...in stock !!! I was very surprised that it was so easy to get...and the price was better than I expected as well. I'm a VERY satisfied customer !!!

If you need answers, come here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will take their time to guide you and answers any questions, even help load without thinking twice.
