Sabina needs some "re-training". She was not friendly or helpful when I was at Home Depot last week.

After my items were rang up. I was then informed home Depot does not honor military discount on lumber, electrical, or plumbing any more. I done with home Depot.

Reinstate the veteran discount on all products and I will start shopping there again.

Go to any other store. The employees are rude and very unhelpful.

Staff at Home Depot are consistently patient and friendly. They make the shopping experience faster and much more enjoyable. Home Depot's competition has fewer line staff so they are not around to help when you need it.

Half or more of customers were unmasked. This level of disregard for safety is why this pandemic has dragged out two years. The fact the store has given up doing its part to safeguard the community makes me now feel unsafe to shop at this location. Is this how HD as a whole feels, maybe I should go to another provider all together.

This is an excellent store. The team of associates are incredible. Very professional and if they can not help, they will find someone to help.

My family visited the store on a busy Saturday. My family got to the check stand and my husband kindly asked the cashier for a military discount. She huffed about it and then finally added it to our transaction. As my husband was doing everything on the card reader, she looked down at our three year old son, standing next to my husband and said, “you’re not wearing a mask. Shame on you. Masks are good!” I was very upset and we probably won’t be returning to the store after my child was bullied by an adult!

Came out to a big dent in my new f350. Asked to view the cameras. Store manager told me no.

Even with COVID they usually have product in stock and if they dont they look up and find at another location or tell you when additional stock will be available.

We just ordered a new washing machine. Got superb help from the sales person. We always find what we need and more!

I had a great experience ordering my Honda Generator EU2200i. They employees were great!

If you are lucky, then you will have the pleasure of having Mashary assist you while visiting this store. He treats you like you are the owner of the store. I hope he is promoted to a position of training all Home Depot staff on how to make customers feel special! Not that other staff is not fine, it is just that Mashary provides an exceptional shopping experience.

The store was clean and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. The product acquisition and purchasing process were effecient and painless.

Always clean, well organized and easy to navigate. The employees are always helpful and pleasant. The customers in this store are always pleasant and constantly helping other customers when they see that someone can use it. A very busy location.

It was refreshing to get someone on the phone so quickly! The employee was not only very friendly but went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Very happy with my experience!

I could not find the bulbs I was looking for without help. The racks are being rotated 90 degrees and instead of all the bulbs on one aisle, they are now in at least 4 different locations. Shopping has now become very inconvenient. I do not like being forced to wander around the store with the hope I will buy something on impulse. The lighting is poor and the aisles are dimly lit making it even harder to find product. In the future, Home Depot will be my last store of choice. There are plenty other options nearby. I also don't appreciate non-service dogs being allowed in the store. During a previous visit I stepped in a pile of dog manure in the store aisle.

This store seems to always have what is needed at very competitive prices as well as a clean and well organized store. Makes it a pleasure to shop there. Employees go out of their way to help you get what you need.

I use to love coming to this location. Always friendly employees and tons of help. Not so much on my last 2 visits. Treated like a criminal each time I shopped, couldn’t get an employees help to save my life, and was interrogated by the manager when making a return. This store has turned to garbage. Tempted to close my card with them and never return. Filled out surveys each time I was so upset by the service.

I did buy paint and they were very helpful especially after he opened the colored paint to show me the finished product and it was still white! Appear to be more people around to ask for help. They are friendly. The store was very clean and organized.

I received help from an employee that took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Patient, knowledgeable, and friendly..and the store was slammed...a great experience!
