They were setting up for Black Friday and all the boxes were safe and secure, also the place was clean and properly lite. I always shop at home Depot than Loews because the staff are much nicer and more knowledgeable.

Easy to find the power tools I was looking for. I liked that! The only issue I had was that the building material I was looking for wasn't kept very well and some pieces were slightly damaged. also they were low on stock. I've had much better experiences at the Lapeer store which I stopped at the same day to get the rest of the amount I needed. Material was in much better condition in Lapeer. I will probably do most of my shopping there or in Bay City. Which I will be purchasing a dishwasher very soon.

New to the area and had good couple of visits to this store. Very clean and the people are very helpful as well as polite. Highly recommend this store.

Prefer this store to the Rochester store. Not sure what, but better organization and wood department.

I make purchases for our maintenance staff of our Condo Association. I always go to the contractor desk, because I know I will be helped. I usually have several things to purchase and we spend several hundred dollars a month at the store. My favorite go to person is Tim.

I had Ramon help me with choosing countertops.....he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and took lots of time with me until I got the best product at a price we could afford. He made me feel comfortable and I had a million questions that he was able to answer. (The product selection was vast, which was great, but it led to many questions, which Ramon was able to answer!)

This location is wonderful. I was greeted by many friendly associates who helped me choose the right products for my home renovation project. Also, the layout is extremely appealing. It didn't take long to find what I needed.

As a consumer, I shop at several stores and try out your competition stores. I always find myself going back to your store and finding it hard not to love it more and what it has to offer...Thanks also for having a great staff team at your registers!

Unless you are a semi-deaf young woman, wear your earplugs at the store. They blast awful pop music at levels that make you want to use a power tool for the peace and quiet. Totally inappropriate. But the Associates are helpful, and the store is well-stocked. So if you know what you want and where it is located, you can run in and out easily before you lose all sanity from your time in the store.

When I enter the store, I feel like a kid entering a candy store. All my projects can be completed in no time, because the store is always stocked and well organized. When I have any question about any projects I'm working on, I feel like a I'm part of there family getting great advice. Saving me time and money. Keep up the great work and many thanks to the whole store!

I was very happy with the selection of faucets both bathroom and kitchen. Because they made it so easy to buy everything we were able to get a lot done in one day.

I found everything I needed quite easily. The store was well stocked, clean and all of the associates were friendly and helpful.

I use this store more than any other for two reasons: First, it is close to me, and second, the folks here are the most helpful I have found.

Return/Exchange process great! Even helped loading. Cashier had a little difficulty working exchange requirements/process. Quickly got assistance and process completed painlessly and efficiently.

Paint department associates were EXTREMELY helpful!!!! Without their assistance my project would have been a huge disappointment.

There were many choices of the John Deere riding mower we had come to look at and the associate helped us by explaining the differences. The associate at the service desk was very helpful getting our Home Depot credit established. Even though the one we decided on was not available at this location, she found another store that would deliver the next day. We are very happy with the large selection of riding mowers on display and the knowledge of the employees.

Every time I visit this Home Depot for a different purpose, I always find that the people who help me are knowledgeable about what I am trying to find and often offer even more information than what I ask them for which usually helps me make a purchase decision (or sometimes prevents me from making a bad decision about a purchase I originally intended to make). I have purchased so many different products from this store over the past several years which I have been more than completely satisfied with that I always prefer shopping here than at the stores where I bought these items previously.

Associate, Rex M., was very knowledgeable and helpful. We reviewed multiple options which helped me make my final decision.
