I can not stay out of this store . Why not you only live once . , do I really need this . and my answer is yes this store makes my life cleamer(washer and dryer) greener (gardening) cooking(stove microwave and fridge (. I'm your best costumer ( lumber nails lawn mower grill plants !!!!! Gezzzz take my pay check lol

I was able to get my product in the exact aisle that I thought it should be. It was available in different sides and colors. The associate was there when I needed most...thanks! Keep the good job!

All sales associates are very knowledgeable and also the majority of them are biligual which is very important because sometime is hard to express our needs or concern in english and having sales associate with knowledge of more than one language simplify us asa customer communicate our needs.

The Store was clean. The staff were knowledgeable. The Manager Grayvel was very Helpful.

This Home Depot store does have as broad a selection as other Home Depot stores.

The employees of this store are wonderful. Being a senior citizen it can be difficult to lift things. Without hesitation an employee was called to assist me and then waited to load my car. The cashier was friendly and helpful !

Every customer is a new customer, every time a customer walked in, is to expend money, every time we walked into Home Depot we are not in the park, we are there investing and paying someone salary, so we should be treat as equal, if they don't like the job let them leave. The store was always very clean and organized when I would go there, many associates available to help me although they may not be as friendly as I expected or as helpful. Not a very complicated layout & I'm always able to get in and get my purchases with no struggle. Check out associates never have an issue applying military discounts for me either which is helpful.

I was satisfied with my visit, prices were great, the only thing was that the employees needs to be more aware of the customers. Overall, great store.

My experience at this location I was very well satisfied with the selection, the employees were very helpful and knew the product very well. The girls in the Garden Dept. took their time to explain the whole process and walk me through the garden dept and show me what product I should begin with. I learned a lot on how to begin my Organic seedlings, without their help I would have made the wrong selections and my seeds would never bloom, I am very excited to see these start to sprout! I will keep everyone updated.

I have shopped once a week for the past three weeks in preparation for my soon to be daughter in laws bridal shower. I've been prepping the yard and garden with flowers and soil. The first two visits were wonderful and help was provided. The last time I went, fairly early in the morning, I was greeted by a group of associates up front at the cashiers area, standing around chit chatting. No one asked if I needed help. I had the large flat bed trolley to load soil onto. I pushed that all over the store looking for Black Cow. Finally found it and had to load it myself. Trolley was harder to push and manuver by that time, and still had to pick up flowers. Had to flag down an associate who happened to b walking outside, to help load the soil into my car. All in all, I have always loved Home Depot, especially Lawn and Garden. I will continue to shop there and probably b a bit more aggressive when searching for help the next time.

They keep this store clean and seems to be well stocked. The PRO loading area is a joke however, when I pulled up there was a BMW and some other sports car parked in the shade under the canopy, I doubt they were loading lumber...

good place to shop for big boys and big girls too!

The store is easy to get around. The associates are usually all very helpful. Some of the new folks may have to look things up, but they get the right answer or ask someone who knows. It was a quick checkout and the lady was very nice. I don't go anywhere else.

I worked with both Sheena and David while picking out a outside entry door. Both were very knowledgable about the products available in their department. They also were both very personable and helpful in answering all of my questions (since this was the first time I have ever purchased an entry door, I had a lot of questions). Both were also very detail oriented while going over my selections to make sure everything will arrive correctly for install. Very great experience overall.

I have rented a few tools from Home Depot recently and Vincent has been a terrific help. He showed me how to operate the tools I rented and answered questions that I had. I definitely recommend renting tools from the Narcoossee Home Depot!

This store is always a favorite to shop at. Everything I need is there including parts and materials. I was able to find what I need and complete my mission. Great job everyone

I am a teacher in the area and I have just sold my home and purchased a new one in the same area. I am so happy to still be in the area and one of the reasons why is our Home Depot store. I have been there at least five times this month alone to pick up things for our new home and my classroom. Today I went to purchase some supplies for my classroom, Charlene greeted me and got Doc to assist me in lumber. Doc was amazing and so helpful with my lack of knowledge of measurements. Charlene later helped me check out and was so patient with my two year old boy. I also went in the other day and spent about a half an hour talking to Frank the " garden guru" he gave me so many tips for starting my herb garden and recommend some great products. There is also Harold who assisted me with finding a fire pit and wood. When I complimented him on his service, he said he loved working at the store because all the associates are like family....it truly shows:) Finally there was Michelle at Pro-services who has assisted me on several times and is always so knowledgeable and sweet. I can't say enough, I love my Home Depot.

As a Disabled Veteran I always find an associate to help in any way possible.
