A lot of items are not in stock and have to be ordered, so prepare ahead of time. Not many store employees are available or very knowledgeable about the department they may be working in.

I received excellent customer service from an employee name Kristi, she went above and beyond expectations to assist me with an order that I was trying to place on line. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have worked in management at a Bank for 27 years, and employees with these qualities are hard to find. She is an asset to your company! I have also received excellent customer service from other employees with special orders that I have placed. Will be doing all of our business with Home Depot!

Got a $100 off coupon for opening up a account there if I spend$1000. Got a washer and dryer and then they didn't want to honor the coupon because I couldn't put it all on the card. I put what my card limit was and paid cash for the rest. Ended up speaking to the store manager after 45 minutes at the register while the girl tried to figure out how to get us out $100 back, because she didn't do it right.. Still walked out of the store without the money. Was told we will get a check in the mail

Went to this store today to buy a tool box that was on sale. When I got there the sale was off yesterday. I asked the manager about it and he gave me sale price. When Checking out the cashier Ruby was very helpful. She went above and beyond her duties to help me. I enjoyed shopping there a lot.

Well stocked. Clean Helpful assistance with our purchase. Much better than store in Tuscaloosa.

I prefer Home Depot to the competition. I can find someone to help if needed, and they know where items are located. The employees are friendly professionals.

Dianna handled our transaction in a timely manner, and was helpful and friendly, plus she sent the Office Administrator a copy of the receipt. It does not seem to matter which Home Depot we use. We get great service at all we have visited.

The floor associates are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint about this or any Home Depot store is that there is hardly ever a real live breathing cashier on duty.

The associate at customer service was very unfriendly and not helpful like the lady in paint department, you need more friendly associate like the lady that work in the painting dept. Overall nice store. However, as with most mega stores, finding assistance in a timely manner is almost impossible. One would think as a "do it yourself" store there would be more assistance available. Or is it just my misunderstanding in the phrase "do it yourself?"

Clean and organized store, friendly people!

Spring is here...time to go to The Home Depot. We just made the first of many visits to the garden center. Things are looking great. Store associates are smiling, stock is coming in. We had a great time.

I look forward to going to this store for home and garden needs. All the employees are very friendly, and helpful. The store is clean and easy to get around. They have great prices, and even better sales! We buy all our major appliances here, including our lawnmowers. We drive past LOWE'S to shop here at HOME DEPOT! Great store!
