Love Home Depot awesome

Well I found out that if your forklift certified somewhere else Home Depot will not recognize it. All I wanted was a bunk of plywood. I was doing fine till someone saw me. Oh well.

Palatka Home Depot is committed to great customer service. They always go above and beyond for me and I’ve heard their interaction with other customers and they do the same for them. I’m always greeted by multiple employees while I’m in the store.

Mrs. Christine at the service desk helped me correct a problem with my order. She then expedited my check out. Such a nice young lady.

Went to Home Depot unsure of all I needed for my project. Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Eddie was magnificent helping me find the breakers and fuses I needed fast and accurate!!!! Thank you again!

I bought building materials could not get help other than one woman and she could not lift what we where buying At least she tried the other 10 or 12 employees just walked by us

The people there are awesome, very helpful, and knowledgeable! There is a man they call cowboy he always wears a cowboy hat. I don’t know his name but he is very friendly and always helpful and he always wears a smile. He is extremely nice and helpful and I’d like to say thank you cowboy.!!!

We bought a lawn mower and asked that it be assembled. The entire process was easy and excellent.

My kids had the most fun at the June kids workshop making fathers day grill gift boxes. They are now treasure grills and float around the house with different toys inside. For a free activity in a clean safe space we had a blast. I wish I had thought to take photos.

My husband and I are senior citizens and went in to Home Depot to purchase lumber for a project Zuma, an associate at HD went above and beyond to help us, his help meant so much to us we wanted to recognize him as being an outstanding employee and Home Depot is lucky to have you

I shop here quite often. I never have a problem finding what I need, and if I do the staff is very helpful. I love their garden center as well.

Went to purchase a hot water heater. Employee was so helpful and friendly from beginning thru checkout to having someone load up into my pickup truck. Cashier was very friendly and patient with helping me navigate their app to locate info for my military discount. Every employee we walked by in the store greeted us and very friendly. Will definitely go back there to shop!

Always helpful when need it

Employees make or break a store/shopping experience. Bo and Zach are two employees that understand customer service is what sets this store apart for just being ordinary.

Susan, in the Paint department, was sullen and unhelpful, unlike the cashier in the Garden department. Unfortunately, we couldn't find two of three products we were looking for.

I just started working on my idea for kitchen remodel. Maria was able to give me some great ideas and I look forward to working with her to achieve my goal of a functional as well as a beautiful kitchen.

My local HD is a pleasure to shop! Their competition is not. I know that “diversity hiring” is a hot topic and controversial, but, since they started hiring more women ( specifically) the service has improved significantly!

The terrific above and beyond actions of Bo. She searched an order that has just come in to find what I was looking for.

Today I spoke to Wendi on the phone and met her in the store. I was trying to buy 2 upright freezers but it wouldnt let me buy 2 of them on line. I spoke to Wendi on the phone and she told me if I came into the store she or someone else would help me Knowing how things are today I went right to the store and met Wendi and she actually did some work in case I came in while she was there. Needless to say she took care of me and I saved additional money because I bought 2. I couldn't do that on line Wendi made my trip easy. Her friendly level of service is something you don't see often anymore

If for any reason, I buy some thing I am not satisfied with or have issues with. I have never had a problem returning anything.

This store has terrible customer service. I asked for help MULTIPLE TIMES getting purchase loaded after I had to check myself out due to NO CASHIERS.
