Every time I enter into Home Depot I get treated like a person.

The second associate that helped us to complete a purchase of a new washer and dryer was very helpful and informative about the two units. She even went so far as to walk with me to the detergent aisle in the store to show me what type of washing detergent was recommended for the washer. She went above and beyond and I really appreciate the extra attention.

The store was very clean & well organized, cashier was very friendly & helpful, store was busy so I had to wait for an associate to load my merchandise but he was very pleasant & helpful when he arrived.

Every time I go into the Palatka store they are always very helpful and the store is also always very clean and the best of all is they are very pet friendly

Shelley, ASM, was extremely helpful. We hunted down why the current SKU was not available and found it had been replaced with another SKU . The Home Depot Database should have a field .. REPLACED WITH ... for ease on customers and associates ...

I live a little closer to another Home Depot than to this one, but I drive to Palatka for the outstanding service at this particular store. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, in addition to being friendly and going the extra mile to make sure I have what I need for whatever project I dream up.

Employees looked you in the eye and gave you their full attention. Then they followed through to the next step. Also, new employees, or rushed cashiers were quickly assisted by manager(s). I really like browsing and/or shopping at the Palatka Home Depot. I don't know that much about other locations.. The above remarks are consistent in my experience.

Good store, helpful employees, shop there almost daily for self and for work, always buying materials for jobs, I'm a big fan of Ridged power tools, have had many other brands, but the service agreement is what sold me and convinced me to by only ridged products! I just wish the palatka store had more ridged products on hand pertaining to power tools and batteries, but overall good store! I will continue to shop there year around!

I am in the process of repainting my house from a dark color to a lighter color. I do not know exactly what to use to help, the associate in painting was extremely helpful. He gave us great advise and even helped me find some other odd and ins that weren't even located in the paint section.

The associate helped us immediately regarding ordering flooring and everything was set up immediately. The Measuring Department arrived the next day (very helpful and friendly) and the ordering was completed promptly the next day. All involved were very helpful and professional.

I always enjoy shopping at our Home Depot. Always clean lots of people to help and the items that I need.

It is always better to enter an establishment when it has been well kept nice and clean and friendly. Home depot has all three elements. It is not just a lumber yard. If you are doing home improvements, do it at home depot, they have what you need.
