Eight years ago I bought a fiberglass, double front door with glass inserts from Home Depot. One of the glass inserts failed recently and I needed a replacement insert. The door manufacturer advised that they had discontinued my product so I went to Home Depot for assistance. The Home Depot employee in the milling department confirmed that the product I needed was no longer available through normal channels. However, he invested the time and energy to track down a source and helped me order the part I needed to replace the defective glass door insert. My other options were to replace both doors or replace both glass inserts for more money. I love Home Depot.

Sign said $601 for shower doors on sale. Went to the register they rang up $874. I showed our cashier the picture of the “ sale sign”. She asked another customer service person how to put the sale amount in. The other person said they were on clearance but we could order them on line for$874. Why have a SALE SIGN up if they won’t honor the price. Very disappointed.

I really love coming to home depot. My boyfriend enjoys coming with me. It's very therapeutic in a way when we go to the garden section and we find inspiration to work on the yard together.

I haven't bought a new Christmas tree since 2008. I had no idea that they were so advanced. My tree not only was easily put together but it has the most amazing lights with a remote control and variable colors, I really, really love it!

I've been shopping at this home Depot for years. There are a handful of helpful associates that work there and assist when approached. I've purchased a few different appliances from AnnMarie in the appliance department on multiple occasions. I will only deal with her and she has never let me down or failed to provide service. If you're looking for a new appliance I would make sure she's there and wait if she's busy.

The help was hard to find in the window department. However once found , perhaps he was on lunch.. he then was helpfull. My check out person was great she's going to climb the ladder I. An see it. I'd not she should..

Employees that are afraid and walk away from work

I bought 3 gift cards, and one was bad, it said on the receipt it was not good, but they charged me $500 for me to try it when i got home and it was bad and i was charged $500. The other two were okay.

Attitude of store employees has improved. They have become interested and seem more helpful. Often, shelves are empty with products sealed in boxes, stored overhead. This is my home store, I live 10 minutes away. I hope they keep improving!

what ever we can write for home depo short or long Home depot for me and i believe for others as well is the best supplier , to me 95% of items i purches and need for my project i got from Home depot and even if is far any store still im moving with miles to get Staff from home Depot , and i always recommend to visit and purches on Homedepot .

I wanted to make sure that I did mention the delivery team. They were fantastic. The associate that helped us with our appliances was extremely knowledgeable in the store as well, very helpful and willing to give us the best price that she could for the Labor Day sale. Overall, just an awesome experience.

Home Depot is not just a warehouse for home projects. It is a wonderful garden center and has great buys on lots of household items. I love to browse the isles especially at Halloween and Christmas.

The last month I noticed staff making eye contact and saying hello.and it was a welcoming feeling. The only other business with this attitude is Chikfilet!… Great Job.

I recently was at the Palm Harbor Home Depot and was greeted at the door and was asked by several employees if I needed help finding anything. The customer service at this store was amazing. I truly felt that they cared about me and helping me find what I needed.

This used to be one of my go to stores for items, but in doing a bathroom remodel it is awful. Their selection and even displays are minimal at best. On second and third shelves, which is an awful way to display items. Paneling is awful, their selections have decreased substantially and even though employees are nice they were even saying they don't sell what they used to.

I came in to buy paint for a senior parking lot. The paint desk person scanned the color of the paint chips for matching rather than plug the actual paint color code so none of the colors matched in any way. He tried to adjust the colors but the black wasn’t matching at all. It apparently was the last can of that paint and I was informed that they could replace it with a more expensive paint but didn’t offer a price match for it. I was already spending $75 and didn’t want to spend more. I was told they could just put the paint out to sell for a discount if I didn’t want it. I ended up waiting for nearly two hours for him to try to fix the paint because I didn’t have time to go to a different store due to a planned event I had to leave for. My son was disappointed with the colors and we ended up having to mix colors ourselves with extra paint we had at home. All of time could’ve been saved if he had just input the code from the beginning. I think some training probably needs to be done to remind people that they can actually plug in a code and not scan the color for a match. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience to stay there for that long and not get the results that I needed.

The gas grill that I ordered (Nexgrill 4 burner) was supposed to be delivered fully assembled. I was assured by four people in customer service and the manager that it would be delivered to my home assembled. Instead, it arrived in a box without being assembled. This was not as advertised and was a total injustice.

Home Depot’s Palm Harbor store is always a good shopping experience. It is well stocked, clean, and the associates are knowledgeable and willing to help.

I was disappointed ted when I went in to the store yesterday. Everything had been locked up and you now have to scan a QR code for assistance. I waited so long for help yesterday that I simply ran out of time and had to leave without all of the items I went in to buy. And the ratio of customers needing help to associates is abysmal. The women are generally pretty helpful but forget about asking one of these old guys. They look at you like you just caused them the biggest inconvenience in the work. Zero friendliness.

The lady that helped my with the purchased was wonderful, scheduled the arrival date for Friday the 13th. When the fridge arrived, it was dented in several places and the electrical cord had been severed, so it couldn’t be left as a loner until a replacement could arrive. Went back to Home Depot, realizing that the fridge that I purchased was really small., although it didn’t look small in the department. Mary Ann helped me again, apologing profusely for the inconvenience. Told her that it wasn’t her fault, she made the return and I made another purchase that was more to my liking. She is a wonderful associate, kind, pleasant, friendly and answered all the questions that I had.

We recently purchased flooring to be installed and was shocked to have no communication from the store about our flooring showing up at our home while no one was there. It was dropped off in our driveway!! I had to unload two pallets of product by hand from outside to inside so it wouldn’t be affected by the weather. Difficult to reach someone at this store and when I did, it seemed as if I was to blame for not knowing the product would arrive at our home - when we were told that it would arrive to the store first and the installers would pick up from there. The start of our experience was really good!!! This is what hurts. The post-store transaction is a disappointing experience overall. Now I know why our friends questioned us when we said we’re getting our flooring from Home Depot.
