I wanted to purchase a lawn mover for my daughter, who lives out of state. I tried through the website to place the order, but was unsuccessful. Then went to the store and the employee at the customer service counter was EXCELLENT. She placed the order of me and processed the sale in a very timely manner.

Home Depot has a great selection. But it was really because of knowledge and professionalism of Maryanne that we bought our appliances at Home Depot. I recommend you talk to her and you won’t go anywhere else again. Especially if you have been somewhere else first.

There usually is an associate available to answer my questions.

I just purchased a floor fan , the box previously opened as someone else used plenty of tape on top, fan inside is not the fan advertised, I purchased the warranty and intend to return as soon as this tropical storm passes

I love going to our neighborhood Home Depot. They have lots of knowledgeable employees willing to help guide you to exactly what you need, even when you are not sure what the part is called that you need. They also always offer to help load items for me. Thank you for your great service.

The Associates in the different departments are Great! Very knowledgeable & helpful.

Stopped in the day after Memorial Day to pick up some gardening items. Angela was the cashier on duty in the garden department and was one of the nicest, kindness, compassionate team members we've encountered at Home Depot or any store. Thank you, Angela!

We bought a stove, an above the stove microwave and a new fridge!

Maryann was wonderful…We would come back for appliance needs in the future because of her. I wish others would learn from her. We left another competitor because of poor customer service. We are seniors and used to the kind days of old when stores valued their customers….not like that anymore many times.

This man is the best! Always so helpful when helping out a customer and will literally go out of his way to give you the attention you need to get what you need.

Nancy G at the return desk is a great customer service employee. She patiently helped my sister and I with our return. She remembered us from seeing us in this store during our 6-week remodel project. It is nice when greeted by an employee at any place of business because the employee recognizes that you are a repeat customer.

They staff at the store where very helpful to me when it came to finding the desired product and were sensitive to my medical needs while I was there.
