I am very happy with everything I buy here. The store Is a great place to shop To add flowers to my butterfly garden. The lady that helped me seemed to know a good deal about the larval and nectar plants and where to find them.

The door, lockset was installed by me and the installation guide that was furnished by the mfg. No problem. All of my purchased through the years have been good quality and dependable.

If you are doing a kitchen renovation, I highly recommend Gaby Brown at the Palm Harbor store. She is a gem to work with in not only design, but also in layout and selection. Follow up has also been great and communication superior!

Spent time with several associates in the Door dept. trying to find the right storm door replacement. All were very helpful and friendly and took the time to walk me through the order and the installation process.

When I walked into the store at 30144 US 19 NORTH CLEARWATER FL., THE REPRESENTATIVE did not point to the item i wanted, he took the time to walk with me to show me the item I wanted. Most stores just point you where to find your item, this store walked me to the item i wanted and he made sure someone was available to assist me.

You have to go out of your way to acknowledge those people who “go above and beyond” to help you with what you need. Alejandro is your guy!! He help us look at all the different styles of grills in the store with various prices. But his knowledge of deals led us to order a grill online to get the best bang for our buck- even resorting to more work for himself in order to get the best deal. We appreciate you Alejandro! You really deserve to move up and be in charge of people because you know how to with with people well.

I needed help in the lumber department and couldn't find any associates to help. Finally saw a Home Depot employee although he was working in delivery and he tried to help and called for associates but nobody ever showed up. There were two older associates just talking to each other and he even tried to get them to help and they never even acknowledged me. Luckily there was a builder in the checkout line and he got out of line in order to help me out with my questions. This is unacceptable for Home Depot. Customer service was lousy

I have visited the Palm Harbor FL store number of times and always found the staff to be very engaging and helpful with a positive spirit.

Was missing a part on a fan installation. Been to other stores with no success. An employee at this location went above and beyond to help me find a solution for a part they did not carry. Solved my problem! These days it's hard to find quality customer service anywhere. I highly recommend this location.

So easy, quick and painless. Great customer service from Victoria and Gabby.

This store has the most helpful employees. They will even walk you through your entire project and make sure you get everything you need. It's like they like to hear about projects and they turn into problem solvers. Employees are out in the aisles and are friendly. I don't go anywhere else.

The people who work in this store are friendlier and more helpful than in any other Home Depot store I have visited.

I needed a new washer and walked out with a delivery date.

The store is your average self-checkout to save money, causing shrinkage and rising costs. You were never really greeted by the staff, I've gone in too many times and walked out paying with no communication. By the way, I can tell you there are some great cashiers; Dave in Tiling is a godsend. They have a great guy in plumbing, too, who is always there to help and lend a tip or suggestion that works.

I appreciate the friendliness and exceptional customer service extended to me each time I visit the store. I have always found aisles to be well organized and easily find products/items.

Widows are absolute the worst quality - 50% were broken even before leaving the store and handled by their employees

I was shopping in the Palm Harbor Home Depot garden center and it was HOT (July in Florida) and I must have looked it. as the cashier (Nancy) asked if I needed to go cool off in the AC in the store or needed a drink of cool water. That kindness and caring - WOW! Thank you. (I'm fine, just one of those people that always shows the heat.)
