I have always been satisfied with the services at this store from renting equipment, trucks to purchasing appliances, paint, flooring, wood, etc etc

This Home Depot had everything I needed to complete my project for the air conditioner platform I was building.

I bought condenser cleaning spray, and it worked well. I didn't even know that condensers required cleaning once or twice every year.

We bought cabinets and the counter top from HD and it took over four months to complete! Incompetent workers and 7 or 8 trips later it’s done.

No customer service was around to assist me in the garden dept. my experience was very unsatisfactory

With the anxiety of starting a diy project on my home , I am so grateful for Julie's knowledge and initiative in getting the ordering done in a fun and friendly manner!

I used to shop HD everyday. Now 6 years into retirement the stores are dirtier and need sweeping at a minimum Getting help has never been HD's strong suit.

If you ever need help Yvonne will be somewhere near. She just celebrated 32 years of service and knowledge is second to none.

I bought some tools. People were friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service ever. Like they do not offer customer service. Employees do not even know how to say hello to customers . Last 3 ti.es I was in the store I left very frustrated, not finding and not getting help.

Bought the item on-line prior along with other items from the store. Went there to get more, associate helped since I couldn't find it, looked in his device from mine and found not in stock but could order online and get it there soonest, and did so. Got the pickup email notice with locker retrieval info and needless the say using the technology, it didn't work. Outside line associate referred me to customer service, and with that associate, who have had the pleasure of working previously, eventually solved it. Even though the system showed it in the locker as indicated in the email, it was now placed in the screw section.

The paint associate told me he couldn't reproduce a gallon of HD paint purchased in 2010 because the HD computer system had changed since then. I took the same gallon to the HD on Gulf to Bay and the guy there reproduced it with no issue.

Had a key cut and the person cutting the key ws friendly and experienced.

Person buying from excellent very knowledgeable Problem is with trucking company and their handling of installation.

Home depot has many employees that are willing to assist in finding what you need and they are knowledgeable. Their competitor has many fewer employees around and they scurry away when they see you approaching,,

Employee John G went above and beyond our expectations. He gave great suggestions and and helped us pick the best products for our project. Thanks again John!

Went in to buy a stove and it was simple and easy!

Employees return refused a return that was purchased two days earlier. With no refund or store credit and no explanation as to why.

Home Depot was not our first choice when we began looking for appliances, BUT we are very happy we included them in our search. Mary Ann was super knowledgeable and did not try to oversell us into more expensive appliances. Her recommendations made sense for us. We got all of the features we were looking for at a very competitive price!

My husband and I went to Palm Harbor Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator. We had already done our shopping on line and knew which model we wanted. Mary Ann went over every detail with us to make sure the one we chose would fit in our kitchen. She also explained that in order to install the fridge, it was required that we had a shut-off valve for the waterline feeding the automatic ice maker. She showed us where to find a video on YouTube so we could install the valve ourselves. She grabbed the needed valve from the shelf so we knew just which one to purchase. She thoroughly explained all of the ins and outs of the refrigerator, the delivery, and the installation. She could hear the thunder outside and made a point of getting us out of there before the storm. She did everything with a smile on her face and while making us feel like it really was her privilege to serve us. Mary Ann is the best!
