Visited with multiple issues for home remolding and every department was very helpful and helped me find what I needed.

them fellas at the tool rental are the best employees I've ever seen in a company. they will do everything in their power to make sure you are satisfied. if anybody has any bad things to say about these two men they would be lying. I have dealt with Paul personally on several separate occasions and he always goes way above my expectations of customer service and never disappoints. Ricky is right there with him, they make a good team and they both definitely need a raise. employees like them are hard to find

Happy to see changes at my PCB store. I couldn’t navigate most aisles in the past due to clutter from pallets and stock on store carts. I couldn’t find open carts to use for large items during those past visits. Recent changes I have noticed are cleaner/clearer aisles. Carts available and organized. Employees who ask how I’m doing, am I finding everything I am looking for, and sharing appreciation for shopping at Home Depot. Trish was my recent cashier and was awesome. But each time I visit the cashiers always seem to be the best as they are super friendly and welcoming. Thank you PCB team, great work!

Returned machine but was not credited . I did not get the use of the machine because it would not turn on.

Tiffany Tillerson helped me order cellular shades for my whole house. It required many steps and communications. She was patient, professional, and kind. I am very grateful.

We went to the Panama City Home Depot for a new refrigerator, washer, dryer and two pedestals. We received great service from Jessica finding what we wanted. All the products were in stock and delivery was able to be done in 3 days! That’s amazing!!! And the 3 main items were on sale!

Most down to earth and helpful folks at this store. In a time when everyone is stressed and tired its nice to have people that are willing and wanting to help you in any way they can. Been a shopper at this store for a few years.

shelving in aisles need to be removed and a THOROUGH clean between the walking aisles - the back - to - back shelving. there is so much merchandise fallen down the back of the shelves, to shelves below or to the floor. dirty and nasty. ORGANIZE THE MERCHANDISE WHEN YOU DO THIS AS I SELDOM FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR IN THE PLACE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!!! WHY AREN'T STORE EMPLOYEES REACHING WAY BACK AND ORGANIZING THE WHOLE SHELF AND NOT JUST THE FRONTED ITEMS???? They're too busy chatting among themselves or hanging out in the breakroom....

Steve, the Asst Store Manager and his two wonderful Customer Service Reps, Ashlie & Abbie went the extra mile to help me, even though the problem was my own fault.

I was looking for a cordless hedge trimmer and a staff member greeted me, showed me all the offerings, and was extremely helpful.

We purchased a refrigerator from Amanda in the appliance department. She was very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful setting up delivery and friendly during the check-out process.

Home Depot is very busy in the mornings will call pick up was not ready at suggested time but the employees were doing their best to get me loaded up with the services that I needed.

I purchased $1100 in wood plank flooring. Paid $79 for only option delivery which meant All boxes were unloaded outside of front door. Delivery guys would not go 5 more steps and place inside townhome. They need a new delivery company. On a good note, purchased 2 doors and frame and different delivery man happily brought inside My townhome.

I've been shopping at this location for about 7 years now and as a small business owner I've never had any real issues with getting the materials I need to keep things moving. The employee's are always willing to do their best.

If you would like to be blamed as a customer for the employees mistakes... Definitely go here! The cashier's are rude and the female "manager" is the worst of all! For a company that's core value is to do what is right for the customer, they should send this set of employees back through training, and just simple manners courses

I bought 15 bags of insulation and was supposed to get blowe free but I was charged.

We have become inured to poor service and a laissez-faire attitude when shopping the big box stores. PCB, FL Home Depot was a refreshing change. Wendi Bassett showed a can-do and caring attitude in putting together an order for me for 5 doors that my contractor had picked out. Her professionalism was exemplary and laudable. It is also rare to find these days as we drift into complacency. Customer service will always reign and in this case secured an over $10k order for HD that might have gone to a competitor if the decision were based on price alone. Kudos to Wendi and the staff at HD PCB, FL

Ms. Huebner is the best and most pleasant sales person in any of your stores. She is an expert in appliances and has a wonderful personality for dealing with the public. She made us feel welcome, and wanted at the store. Thank you Hannah

Nancy was very helpful during the checkout process. She went out of her way to make sure I didn't need anything else and found everything easily.

I wish those prices for all those materials could be lower, but I know that these guys (all stuff members) work hard! And I appreciate to all that they are doing
