I would go out of my way to visit this particular Home Depot because of the staff. They are exceedingly helpful and friendly, and it's always a pleasant experience shopping here!

Mr. Bell in the garden dept. was very polite , friendly an assisted me to all products that I needed to purchase

Store associate, Jay, is great! He helped me with paint and painting supplies. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Store is smaller, I assume, due to being a "lower volume" store however, Home Depot is Home Depot and is my FAVORITE home improvement store of all! Selection is ALWAYS great, prices are always great and MOST of the time, the employees are friendly and often go out their way to assist you (especially when you are walking around with that confused look that says, "now where the heck are the ...." . However, I've been filling out surveys now for several years (since they started) and have YET to either win myself or even KNOW of ANYONE else to have won the $5000 giveaway. Be honest, does it REALLY exist?

Needed some help with a plumbing problem in an older house with really old piping. Guy I talked to in the plumbing dept. was knowledgeable and very helpful. Was familiar with the type of plumbing I had in the house and very pleasant to deal with

The employees at this location often check in to see if you need anything. I love that I don't have to search around to find help. It's the employees that make this my go-to HD location.

I said yes to recommending this store only because it is so close to where I live but when I have the option and time, I usually go to the store on Joppa road in the Perring Plaza. With the exception of a few of the employees, like Tom in lumber, most of the staff in this store seem uninterested in their jobs and in the customer. They don't know where products are. When you enter and are looking even the slightest bit lost, no one stops to ask if they can help you. When you do find someone to ask, they don't know what your item is or if they do, they have no clue where to find it and don't bother asking a fellow employee. Customer service (again with the exception of a few of the employees) is a joke at this store.

If you have a problem find Jessyca she will find it herself or someone that will!!

A place to go for tools or materials needed for home improvement or other operations at work. The employees that I have met during my visits are knowledgeable and prompt to assist in finding the product of interest.

If you are looking for appliances, look for James Ike, an exceptional Appliance Specialist. He will go above and beyond his normal duties to assist you. He is friendly, courteous, and a hard worker who believes in making the customer happy. Kudos to James Ike for a job well done!

for all that never consider going to home depot ,you really missed out on prices and what you can get for your money as well as ideas to in prove yourself ,climbing up the ladder with a smile

The customer service was the worse I've ever experienced in any hardware store. They were lazy and lacked compassion when it came to my issue and made no attempt to accommodate me or resolve my problem. With the money I've spent in this store within the past 3 weeks, I expected way better service. Very dissatisfied and I only rated with one star because it didn't give me any lesser options

Exceptional customer service helped me collect all the hardware and materials, complete with custom cutting, to build a standing desk. The staff helped tremendously to efficiently find everything we needed, and all the staff we encountered were so very friendly. Was a very pleasant experience!

I use this location for its convenience. I shop weekly for home and business. I like the friendliness of the staff more than the Lowe's around the corner. I used to shop at the Towson store but now I utilize this location more.
