I was in the middle of a bathroom remodeling and this was a one stop shop where i found everything I needed and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My first request was what is available in stock and they did it! Help me find items that i liked and were available. It all took less than 2 hours. Thank you Parsippany Home Depot crew for doing a great job I highly appreciate. You rock!

I truly go to this store for the friendly people. The store, itself, doesn't always have what I'm looking for, though.

Kate Rosamalia was excellent in the kitchen design and process to modernize our kitchen. We had some issues with the tiling ordered, it was damaged, but she resolved it quickly. We will reach out to her for assistance on our next project, Bathrooms, before end of year.

Tre'sha in millwork quickly assisted me in locating and reserving a shipment of concrete for pickup the following morning. I had been to two other Home Depot locations to order and pay for material and find out it was not in inventory. This forced a required trip to returns for a phantom return which in turn required an extra search to ensure I was noit stealing materials.

The quality of staff needs to get better like the Home Depot in Montville. The staff in Montville seems to be a lot more knowledgeable, and better staffed.

Thank you to Kinga, Michael, Ismael, Peter for my recent transaction involving Rheem water heater warranty replacement. I especially would like to commend Kinga for going the extra step to contacting Rheem customer service and explaning my situation to the day shift home depot manager. It took 3 days but in the end, I received the warranty replacement. I highly recommend this crew from Home Depot in going the extra steps to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you guys! - Ray

I went in for weed killer. Virgina told me that there was a special deal on this product. She made sure I got the free product that came with it. My shopping experience (and really my day) was pleasant because of her. Shoutout to Virginia!

Home Depot has seen many changes in management since its opening in Parsippany. The store seems disorganized, cash registers are never open. credit card machines don't scan cards properly, customer service skills require coaching.

This old guy at the shower heads area is so unhappy that he seems to hate it when customers walk by.

Recently went to buy/pick out a new front door and Tre'sha was a gem! She was fantastic at helping me design my door, she had a great sense of my style and what I was looking to do. She also went the extra mile to help me match the paint color of my door so I could paint my window shutters to match! Not only was she friendly, she's knowledgeable and great at what she does! She's become my go to person!

These people in this store are so disorganized where a item the home depot online found my item and said I could pick up same day to the store claiming they didn't have it to another phone message saying it would be delivered 2 days later. I get to the store and get such a hassle wanting to take said item when I was promised to be picked up. After 10 minutes they cancel my order and resell it to me. Never again will I buy anything from this horrible location again

Giselle is extraordinary, smart, dedicated and such a pleasant person. She got my concern resolved , and did it all professionally and with a smile!

The store is fine but on more than one occasion I have been there and they have only one register open. Best way to drive customers away is to make them stand 10 people deep. The cashier was taking a lot of grief from customers still no management in sight to help

I needed something for my grill and got it

My wife and I placed a huge order ($4500). The Home Depot canceled the order. A week went by No one got back to me about the canceled order. I was waiting and so were my contractors. I called customer service and found out it was canceled. The Home Depot customer service called me to check on my items the next day so I had to drive down there to check my order. The associate looked at the order and said you can accept it at your home there tomorrow. Next day , I received a call to say the order would not be coming in due to times missing. (hello... she checked my order the previous day and said all is good!! ) Then she said I have to pay extra for the delivery fee on top of the $79 delivery fee that I paid while placing the order in the beginning. According to them, my order was simply too big. They promised that It would be there the next day. Next day, they delivered only 1 item and said the rest of the items did not fit on the Home Depot truck and they have to order a special flat delivery truck that would be needed and I had to pay extra again. Meanwhile the truck that came to deliver that 1 item was a flat open truck!!! I'm still waiting for my order. I'm really frustrated. Can someone please contact me? Im going to Pine Brook Home Depot for all of my supplies. Stay away from Parsippany. They are hopeless.

Rosa, at self checkout has changed. She use to be a very pleasant happy cashier. now that she is working self checkout it has been a negative experience: i was in self checkout with only 4 items to scan, as i am scanning them she comes over and says "are all 4 items scanned?" - all she had to do is look at the monitor/screen to see that all 4 were scanned and did not have to say anything which was unsettling. I am a pro member and shop frequently at your home depot. why have a self checkout when someone is hovering over you and questioning if all items are scanned, just open up a cashier lane and have them scan the items for the customer. it would be a more pleasant and positive experience.

For those who is entitled to a military discount beware went there today they told me its on certain items.

Took forever to get help and check out was grossly understaffed. Almost 1 hour to make a 5 minute transaction. Middle of the day on Wednesday 4/17 with no help to order blinds and only 1 register open to ring up 3 items (no self check-outs)

Sheree was awesome to work with for kitchen design! Highly recommend using her to help design your kitchen!
