I always love parsippany Home Depot and that’s my home store.

Recently had replacement windows, carpeting replaced, new blinds throughout my residence. Had Home Depot services come out and do the measuring and Home Depot contractors do the work. I could not be more satisfied. The people from start to finish were professional, timely, friendly and clean working. Would recommend to all to use them. Thanks Home Depot Parsippany NJ

I go to this store frequently and I am always beyond impressed with the employees there. They are friendly and extremely helpful.

I needed to install a Sump Pump in my basement with the existing discharge piping, Theresa who works at the Parsippany Store helped me all the right parts and fittings that I needed for the installation. She was terrific! This is good store and I typically find everything I need.

I am elderly and not getting around too well and found everyone in the store to be very especially Herbie in plumbing department.

Dave was so helpful we rented a truck and the service was wonderful. Truck was great for what we needed!

there was actually someone in the appliance department, did not have to wait long, very knowledgeable, patient, with all my questions. was a pleasant experience.

As a retired person, sometimes locating that single small "widget" needed to fix my home issue is difficult. The staff at this store is ALWAYS friendly and ready to help. It's a nice place, hope it doesn't change. :-)

There is never anyone working in the carpeting section. The employee who finally helped called a manager and none showed up the whole trip. The employee didn't know what he was doing and had to re roll the carpet multiple times with my help but it was not his fault as he called for managers assistance and no one showed up. It was unorganized and there was absolutely no ease to shopping there. I'll never go back but I want to advise everyone else that if there is ANYWHERE else for you to buy carpet, please go there. The last time there I also waited for over 30 minutes for an employee to help so this is a constant.

It was very refreshing to find available staff who were willing to help rather than having to hunt for help going down aisle after aisle. Employees were all very friendly.

My daughter had asked me to help her replace the Pfister Faucet set she had pruchased. After removing the old units I noticed a problem with the new Push & Seal drain. The new drain was not compatitable with the old 1 piece glass sink. After numerous trips for possible solutions I finally looked for some guidance form an associate. This was my 3rd trip and had my 4 grandsons ( age5-8) with me.. Met up with Scott Mihof Sr. We discussed a few possible solutions and after almost 30 minutes I had all the items need to fix this issue as well as another one. Scott didn't give up. When I got home it took me 20 minutes to finish the 2 jobs. When my daughter got home she was very suprised and happy. Thanks Scott and the great Satff at Home Depot Parsippany, You made me a Hero..

No such things as customer service. Store needs more Tonya and Omier in their talent pool. Would not recommend. Only reason I come to this location is because of convenience but I do avoid whenever I can.

In my opinion, out of the 3 Home Depot's in my immediate area Parsippany is the best.

The Parsippany Home Depot is my go-to store. I'll occasionally shop at other close-by HD stores, and rarely any other of the big box home improvement stores. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I walk away satisfied that I got what I came for.

As someone new to doing home repairs, I found this store to have good selections, easy to find needed items, and a friendly, helpful staff.

Very good and organized store with helpful employees most of the time. The restrooms are very clean and very nice in this particular store too.

The store had everything i was looking for, with the help of Erika i was able to find the missing items on my list, she was very respectful and friendly.

Home Depot is my happy place! One stop shop for a handy momma like me. I especially love the garden center, and the staff are nice too.

Store is good, big and serves to my requirements for various home improvement projects. Staff is friendly and helpful and customer service is excellent. My last purchase of 84 bags of 80LB CONCRETE MIX, I got non-usable 6 bags. i.e. those begs might have been wet and it had turned into stone. When I attempted to contact store, call kept going to customer service who could not find my store brought receipt.
