Although there were a fair share of hiccups throughout the install process, we are overall very happy with the product and how the floors looked. We appreciate Sarah and all the work she did to correct the issues as they occurred, including personally dropping off materials that were not delivered and maneuvering all the logistical pieces in the background to ensure the job was done on time and to our satisfaction. At the store, we really enjoyed working with Claudia and Claire. Claudia was very warm and helped us set up the HD card and the order while dealing with the measurement transfer that was required due to us starting the process at a different location. She provided great advice to help my wife and me envision how the finished project should look. Claire offered support to the process and went above and beyond by calling the bank to ensure the promotional period was set up correctly and helped me resolve an online order that went into a delayed delivery loop. The quick story behind that is I ordered an air compressor to be delivered from the store and received a phone call from a female associate at the store, whom I had a difficult time understanding due to a language barrier, the day before scheduled delivery who said they don't have it (despite the website saying the store had one in stock) and then moved the order to another store pushing the delivery a week. The same would happen again before talking to Claire, who personally went to the back, spotted the product I had ordered high up on a shelf, grabbed a cherry picker, and retrieved it for me, allowing me to go home with the product that day. All of that from simply asking her if my experience could suggest that the product I ordered was about to be discontinued. Overall, we had a good experience, and when things were not so good, they worked to improve them.

I recently made a purchase at the Pasadena home depot. The store was well staff and all the employees very friendly and helpful. I visited multiple departments and was greater and helped in all of them. Check out was quick and getting help loading my car was as well. I have also recently visited the locations on Hillen road in baltimore and the perry hall store with similar experiences.

I have rarely been in the Pasadena store where there was not full unattended carts or stock blocking the isle ways. Also, I can’t understand why the bulk item supplies, (particularly building materials) can not be stocked during evening hours. I constantly have to wait for isles to open while fork trucks are restocking in the middle of the day. Spend as much time waiting to load my cart as I do actually loading it. I have on more than one occasion left the Pasadena location and took the extra time to shop at the glen burnie store for this very reason

From the time we entered the store, we were greeted, helped, and we'll wished as we left.

The customer service started at the door. Was directed to the specialist that took care of us, reassured us of the product, help us make a decision on the product.

Not having the Home Depot app not functioning in this store, really is frustrating. Because without it, I can not use my military discount.

STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL!!

I had a great experience with on of the associates on Friday. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Need more like him.

Joe and Scott far exceeded our expectations during this visit..when the online ordering and delivery service couldn't make our date of need, we showed up on the Friday before Me.orial Day weekend, with a need for 70 2x8x12 boards. The store was severely short-handed, but Scott and Joe went above and beyond to help us get the first half of our lumber pulled and loaded. Joe even stayed after his shift was over, just to ensure Scott could safely pull and get the hack of boards set up for us. Bravo to you both! You are what customer service is all about!

Scott from Lawn was awesome he really went above and beyond to help finding a clearance mower that was hard to find. He worked with the Manager Jeff to do the right thing and even though it took a little while Scott stuck with me and really showed amazing customer service!

When i first started coming to this store i noticed there were struggles but over the years i have witnessed the greatest improvement which i can say that this will be the only store most people would go to for their projects, i have a better chance getting what i need and help finding what im looking for with great customer service, always when i need it. Thanks to the entire staff for doing the best they can even when times are hard and people make things harder but they always manage to do their job when it comes to helping customers.

Last week I shopped for many bags of soil, rocks and landscaping materials in the outdoor department. Scott L and Deigo were extremely helpful with all my purchases--gathering and loading-- and very friendly as well! It was really a great shopping experience.

The bin for the product I needed was empty. Scott from Garden knew of a different location, loaded the heavy sand onto a cart and transferred the bags into my car. More often than not, I have to search for an employee to help. More often than not, when I locate one they are helpful and polite.

This was the second Home Depot. I had been to on a Saturday morning to look for the exact paint that I need. The last location dropped the ball on me, and when the Pasadena store have the exact paint, I needed, Joe stepped in and sold me the ultra Paint at the premium plus price. He save me from going to another store, and was very polite and pleasant to talk with. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Brian at the customer service was extremely helpful. He helped secure my item and made sure it was there before I made the 2 hour drive to that store. When I got there his smiling face greeted me and had my product ready. MADE MY DAY

I purchased faux wood blinds a while back and they were too big. The customer service desk helped me get in touch with someone who could use the blind cutting machine. Malik Diggs answered the call during his lunch, he stopped eating and came out to help me get them cut. I usually work through my lunch so I understand the unfortunate position I put him in. He was super friendly, professional, and was very optimistic. He was there in the aisle as soon as I turned the corner, and he wasn’t frustrated like I would’ve been. He is someone you want to push for management. I hope that you see what I saw

Rob in electrical section didn’t greet me well had poor customer service and was rushing me completely put me pin a crappy mode first thing in the morning

When I walked into the Mountain Road Home Depot, the first person I saw had a tag "coach" on her. She truly was amazing. Her name was Shawna and she took care of my every need right there on the spot. Called the plumber and told him the item was paid for and where he could pick it up. I did not have to go anywhere else in the store. My best experience in any store for years!

WELL I COULDN'T FIND WHAT I NEEDED AT THE BLUE BOX STORE AND THERE LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE HANDICAP. SO I WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND THE APPLIANCE DEPT. EMPLOYEE WAS THE BEST SHE HELPED US THRU ALL THE PAPER WORK AND THEY HAD PLENTY OF HANDICAP CART'S ON SITE.

I find their plants to be diverse. They always have what I want and they are very healthy. I always buy my plants there every year.

This location has a Jason that will knock you socks off. He not only helped me find 10 boxes of tile, but he also took the time to help me pick out mortar and grout...this guy! I'll be back!
