Unfriendly employees. Don’t tell the truth.
Checked store in person for online order of John Deere riding mower.
Employees were untruthful and unfriendly.
Mower was dirty and unpresentable. Home Depot should be ashamed trying to sell an expensive item in this condition.

Shopped with HD for over 30 plus years started on the continent now here in Hawai'i..here in the islands its a different kind of available goods due to proximity understandably so..yet a conscious effort is made for most goods..staff which know your business do help make a great effort to have needs and wants met..even those who keep the stores kept up daily..thx to all at HD

Special order
I needed to replace a specific style of entry door. Chris Mikesell, in millworks, was extremely helpful in finding the style and size so this special order could be completed. HD in PC is my preferred hardware/DIY store on Oahu.

Great Customer Service!!
Pearl City Home Depot is my number one "Go To" home improvement store on Oahu. They usually have what I'm looking for and the staff there are very helpful and attentive to the customers and their needs!

Be sure to double check for all items at curbside pick up
My mother made an online order and chose curbside. I was pick up person. Once there I couldn’t pull up list on the app to make sure I got everything. When I got home, i noticed an item was missing. When I went back to get it , the woman at customer service had an attitude like she didn’t want to be working that night. She was very rude and made me feel rushed. She also made me feel like I was lying about my missing items. I am very dissatisfied!

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for years, and every time I go, Vicky is there with a smile and a positive attitude. She always asks if I need help and goes out of her way to assist me. Her kindness and professionalism make a big difference, and honestly, she’s the reason I love coming to this location. To me, Vicky is the best employee there—Home Depot is lucky to have her!

Special thanks to Sales Associate Julian for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE with Sharpness & Attention to Details!
SA Julian is a very sharp, very knowledgeable on the store products (specifically the appliances) to have identified right away that the original purchase I had made did not match the model I pointed out that I had asked other to order & paid right away! Wherefore, I was able to correct the order. I was very upset to find that my order was completely wrong item than what I had ordered (according to the item descriptions w/ its price tag on it) . Julian caught it instantly at my description of the item and we were able to fix it right away! Fast, courteous and professional! All in while, ASM Lance didn't even realize the item tags/displays were all incorrect. Realizing this (after talking to SA Julian), Mike (so called ASM) comes to instead remedying the situation, escalates my anger & frustration by max pressuring to just make another sales! Rather than paying attention & listening to the customer's complaint! If it wasn't for the sharpness of SA Julian, there would have been many more upset customers for having purchased the wrong appliances purchased in HUNDREDS of DOLLARS in DIFFERENCES (which would have resulted in HUNDREDS and THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in PRICE MATCH LOSSES)!
Thanks to SA JULIAN'S attention to details and sharp mind, all these POSSIBLE LOSSES and WOULD BE COMPLAINTS were AVOIDED and FUTURE LOSSES PREVENTED! (That is from the Home Depot's perspective and, from my perspective, I was able to leave with the purchase of Samsung 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator that I wanted)

Horrible experience with Home Depot
I had a terrible experience getting my special order for a sliding patio door completed. Home Depot told me I need to coordinate with their contracted installers, so I did. On the date of the install, the contractors were waiting outside my residence at 7am but the sliding door had not yet been delivered, as Home Depot said it would be. Both contractor and I called Home Depot many times over the next 2 hours to inquire about the mixup but after many rings were sent to voicemail. Several messages were left. Contractors eventually left and after the fact someone from Home Depot called back. I explained everything but after checking the system the rep said the door was not even on dock at the harbor. I had to reschedule the drop off. The door eventually arrived a week later, and the installers began to work but in the end found pieces of the door were missing. So they told me to inform Home Depot. I did, to which Home Depot said they will order the parts however I need to coordinate the install with the contractors. I told them what happened the 1st time but Home Depot could not do anything about this. Eventually the parts came in, this was around 1 year after I initially ordered my door. Home Depot said I could come by and pick up the parts, that's when I asked about the installers. They said I need to pick up the parts, then afterwords I coordinate with the installers. I said that's not happening again, they need to coordinate with installers. Home Depot never did this and left the parts after they arrived at the store. Be assured that I will be submitting reviews of my horrible experience on all social media outlets, Yelp and Google, and spreading the word on the terrible experience Home Depot calls "customer service".

BUYER BEWARE - WRONG MATERIALS SUPPLIED BY HOME DEPOT
Home Depot worker(s) pulled and packaged our tile order with the wrong tile. I verified on our end that the tile order placed was correct and that Home Depot was negligent on providing the incorrect tile. Buyer beware you need to verify on your end. We identified the wrong material on our end but it was already installed. Home Depot refused to take responsibility for improperly trained monkeys, a continually repeated problem.

Was a great store before.
This store was a great store to come to shop at. I think the good Managers and work ethics went when the store Manager Keoni went to The Kapolei store. I go out of my way and go to Kapolei cause he runs a tight and friendlier store than Pearl City. It is just my experience every time I come to this store.
The store is just going on Rep of the once was Home Depot. All the real good employees are gone. The ones that are knowledgeable and had good customer service aren’t at this store.

Super Easy Phone Purchase
