Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have any Spring Deals?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for setting up new appliances indoors, organizing your home with the perfect storage, and doing lawn and garden work outdoors. Be sure to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get everything done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs only from 4/23 through 5/10. Don't miss out on these bargains.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Be certain your home is equipped for springtime temperature changes by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. If water gets in the crevices, you could be in for a headache. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On the exterior of your home, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage that might let water leak in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Restore power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

Which project will be featured at the free Kids Workshop?

Drop by our Kids Workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on 5/2/26. Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this adorable keepsake box that fits all kinds of tiny treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage creativity, fine motor skills, and listening abilities. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
