The employees at the Pearl City Home Depot are always providing a pleasant atmosphere and greeting as I enter the store, which has been about 5-6 days each week since I started my home building projects. The cashiers are always friendly and quickly help me check out.

Clean store, Well Stocked and Excellent employees that are willing to help any customer that is in the store.

The store was well stocked, very clean and the EMPLOYEES were very helpful.

Usually the lowest prices around, remarkable customer service, and well stocked.

The Menehune Water bottles use to be very dirty. They are less dirtier now on February 2019.

Over the years we have shopped often at this store and have never had an unpleasant visit. The products are of good quality and the service has been excellent. We will be looking for a new washer and dryer in the coming year and expect to begin our shopping at Home Depot.

The store is well organized n clean.

This is the best Home Depot in the islands and the best hardware store there has ever been in Hawaii.

Great customer service and always have electrical materials in stock.

As a contractor a receipt can mean the difference between payment and none. I lost a receipt that was a cash payment. But the customer service rep. Mr Chrishar provided hard work to locate the transaction and provide me a copy. Saved my okole. Those seemingly small sacrifices from personnel is one of the main reasons I make Home Depot my hardware store of first choice. You guys really got that right by making sure your employees are always available. Job well done Mr. Chrishar.

I love the Pearl City Home Depot. The store is so clean and well organized. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I will always shop here for all my landscaping business supplies because they always have the products I need at all time. The availability of the products are so consistently reliable. This store had more bathroom vanities avail able. Better stocked than Honolulu the hutch was my matching but I went to Kapolei to get it because pearlcity was sold out. Justin Wong was a great help today because he took my name and number and would call me once product arrived.

The associate at windows and door is very thorough and patient in explaining the process. He even called to check if the installer called to schedule the installation. I could have given a 4 to 5 star if not for the installer who haven't showed up or call to install the security door after more than a week already.

The entire store was clean the store employees was exceptionally friendly I thought I saw was very easy to find and keep up the good work thank you

Pearl City is my go to HD

This store has ample parking and is very neat and easy to find things. Workers are friendly and ask if you need help.

Has lots of selections and the customer service is excellent.

The best store on the island hands down!!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I placed a large appliance order and scheduled the delivery without a problem. However, my appliances never showed up and was not notified otherwise. When I called to ask the status of delivery, they said our order was not in their system! Our order was place weeks in advance!! Very disappointed.

Great and friendly employees from the time we entered the store to the time we exited the store. I would highly recommend this store and location. Lots of employees who is willing to help. Yay

Great service from Melissa who works at the customer service desk. Very pleasant and made me feel like she appreciated my business which is hard to find nowadays especially within the "big box" stores. I definitely appreciate the time and effort she took locating and tool that was not on the sales floor. So much so, she contacted other stores to find out availability. Melissa is AWESOME!

Our experience with a customer service representative, Vae, really made our day. She was extremely helpful when we needed to return an order, place a new order and find an order that we had been waiting for for quite some time.

Whenever I have any "huge project" to do at my home, I would do my shopping here. They have a huge variety of garden tools and plants. I never had any problem returning items. They have friendly and informative "experts" in every department of the store. Their prices are competitive and often have many items on sale. Their check out lines are always moving quickly, with very accommodating and friendly cashiers.

The store had the model I needed at a great price, but the highlight of my shopping experience was the outstanding support I received from Jasmine in Appliances. She represents the absolute best in customer service!

I set off this morning to buy a grill. My first stop was not Home Depot and proved to be a complete waste of time. I did find the product I wanted (a floor model) but could not find an employee to find me one I could purchase. After 20 minutes I gave up in frustration. Home Depot (Pearl City) was my next stop. I no more than got to the grill section when an employee (Moe) asked if I needed help. Within 20 minutes I had everything I needed, paid for my purchases and was on my way home to assemble my new grill. I stopped using Home Depot a couple of years ago because of the traffic congestion brought on by the rail construction and it's a little bit further away but I wont make that mistake again. Home Depot has earned my business for both personal items like the grill and products/materials I need for my business.

Not sure what it is, but today was the best service I have ever had in your store, Keep up the good work!
