Customer service STINKS !! DOESN'T MAKE ME MOTIVATED TO SUGGEST YOU GUYS TO OTHERS!!.

The comb battery drill and driver set works like a charm. Sales rep pointed out the better option than what I was going to get, proving a better product for my needs.

The customer service people tried very hard to solve a problem I had with the accounting department in the mainland. We worked on this problem for three separate days and were unable to break the code and get the problem resolved. But they were extremely helpful.

Home Depot being a sprawling store, a Home Depot App is a time saver in locating items.

Home Depot likes to have customers do the self checkout. This store had only half the self checkout stations open and the customer lines were down the isles. I don't have all day to wait in line to check myself out.

Always happy with the levels of customer service at this location. Great selection of brand names for power tools over similar competitors on the island.

I walked in to learn about doors for my home renovation, I walked out purshasing 4 customer doors and 1 in-store door due to Chris Knowledge and most importantly, his patience and customer centric attitude. He was respecful and humble and really know how to help a customer who knows NOTHING about doors, he took notes dilegently in his note book and reviewed everything twice to make sure all is correct. I am so impressed and happy to spent the money, just his time was worth it. One of the best shopping experiences even thought I spent close to 3K that day. LOL

Bought so much stuff for work, and looking forward to buying some more!!!!

I drive over from Kailua to go to this Home Depot because of the customer service. There always seems to have someone to help and their attitude is pleasant and of course effective.

I love the plant nursery at the Pearl City Home Depot. I'm always delighted with something new or unusual. The plants are always watered and obviously cared for. I never see any half-dead plants or plants that have fallen and neglected. And best of all, Faye, the cashier, is engaging yet professional. She makes shopping here fun.

Home Depot PEARL CITY Store #1702 has great and awesome customer service in all the departments in the store that I shop at. The team members go above and beyond to help the customers with their needs. Also the store is always clean. I would definitely recommend this store!

Pearl City HD was a Great Shopping Experience for me and my hubz tonight!!! We found what we needed and even things we didn't LOL! No, we will be using everything. Plus we got some cute healthy looking plants, ALWAYS A BLESSING when we can get Healthy Plants for our Yard and Garden. My husband got a very well deserved Rigid Brand Tool Box Organizer that he had his eye on for awhile - Super Bonus . . . He got the 3 pieces at a special price of $99 instead of $100+ He was STOKED!!! Like a kid in a Toy Store . . . Scary GOOD!!! :) THE STAFF was super friendly, Everyone smiled, said Hi and offered assistance. Malia and Patricia were our Nice chkout galz who were helpful in trying to resolve an issue with your app not cooperating tonight. It couldn't get resolved instore, but my hubz will be calling the main customer service tomorrow. We have faith it will get resolved and we will get the Loyalty points/rewards from our big purchase. THIS STORE WAS CLEAN, TIDY and ORDERLY!!! WE WILL BE BACK, even if it's a little farther away then the other store we "usually" go to. Employees are very friendly and go above and beyond to help. I had a great experience: it began with the person cleaning the carts greeting me, to the sales person my paint and ended with a friendly cashier at the check out register.

If you are on the fence as to which refrigerator to buy, go see Ethan! He was able to answer all our questions, even the eight year olds questions, in regards to the different makes, models and special features of the various refrigerators. In our 20 years of buying large items, Ethan was the most helpful and informed associate of any store we have shopped. What an asset to Home Depot Pearl City.

If you need any door or window installations make sure to visit Chris! This is my second installation with him and each time he makes sure to be thorough, answer all my questions and is extremely patient and kind!

I had excess materials from my Eagle Scout Project. This store supported my project through donations. I accidentally showed up on a Sunday night after hours. However, the team on site went out of their way to ensure I got the help I needed. They helped me return my left over materials. I have never experienced this great of customer experience before.

I go to all 3 of the stores on island. Downtown, Kapolei and Pearl City. All are stocked with items that I use. What helps tremendously is the quality of employees who are willing to support. I had a recent experience where I searched for something online. It said to call the store. I did and was courteously assisted by a gentlemen who got me info to call me back once they located the product. In 15 minutes he called back and had the item ready for pickup. I was very happy with how the experience was expedited by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Kudos to Mel who took my call, Joy who assisted me at the register and to Ken who located my item. Awesome employees at Pearl City Home Depot.
