For some items, better-stocked than the Hoover store.

Went into the Pelham Home Depot with my wife, the cashier Melinda at self checkout proved great customer service still exists. While other employees were chatting to each other she was very attentive and polite. Others could learn from her as she would make a great teacher in how to provide great customer service. Home Depot Pelham has our business from here on out as we will not get that kind of help anywhere else. Great job in training her now others should watch and learn also.

The assistant in flooring assisted me in finding my product, the installation tools, and we had a great conversation throughout the process.

My husband and I went to look for a new gas powered string trimmer for me to use. I needed a curved shaft and as light a trimmer as possible since I do all the trimming while he does the mowing. Chris was the associate who assisted us and he was great! Very knowledgeable and patient because I asked a lot of questions! We ended up purchasing an Echo brand string trimmer that works well, very pleasant shopping experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought an item that needed a forklift and I had to wait 30 min after i had already paid for the items. All I heard was the excuse of being short staffed. There is no reason i should have had to wait so long after i paid for an item especially when the guy that drove the forklift was standing beside the cashier when i bought the items. Had to ask 3 times if I was ever going to get any help before finally getting help.

Waiting for the delivery. Hope all goes well.

We purchased 8 boxes of laminate flooring. Dimitri helped in the process, and assisted with checkout and loading. He was very helpful!

I needed to replace a nut to fit a bolt on my lawn mower. An employee asked if I needed help as I was leaving the aisle, after looking myself for about 10 minutes. There were 3 employees, who must have pulled a muscle or two by ignoring customers SO hard. When I told him I needed a square nut, this idiot asked, "Inside or outside"?. After I did the "blinking stare", because you don't want to be rude and give them an answer that, frankly, they deserve, I just said, "Inside". He said he had never seen a square nut. He is a senior citizen and is old enough to have seen one before. This is a prime example why I hope that the employees continue to ignore customers, because not only are they no help, they are embarrassing themselves. It is all I can do to not say, "I doubt it" when asked if they can help me. Luckily that is so very rare. Will not happen again as I will NOT be back.

I wanted to say thank you to the Home Depot staff in Pelham. I went there both Saturday and Sunday and the staff were so amazing. They were the most joyful people and had amazing customers. I had a very pleasant experience and the people were just so joyful.

We have moved and do not live in the area we were shopping; however, we shop online as needed and use the Pelham store as our home store.

I come here about once a week, and they always have what I need. I buy for the company I work for and usually large quantities of random items. IF they don't have it, I can always get it online quickly, but I prefer to return to the store. It's kept clean and most all of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Most associates friendly when I can find one. Most so busy doing other things no time for customers

I had trouble getting an on line order placed so I decided to go to the store for help. Daphne gave me a very friendly greeting and immediately figured out the solution to my problem. It was great to see such willingness to help with such a great attitude. She was a pleasure to deal with.

The representative I ordered a dryer with went above and beyond to serve me. They just could not change 2 particular policies that Home Depot has that would better serve the customer with management approval.

Tim and Paul have been a great help to my wife and I.

You need more employees like Jessica in appliances. Everything about her. Helpful,kind and does more than just her job description.I would buy another appliance from her. Above and Beyond ❤️

I recently bought 85 bags of mulch for my home. At almost 50 pounds each, that’s a handful. Your staff helped me load for 2 trips, thank you for making things a little easier.

Ordered new dishwashers 12/1. Got it 1/9- guys couldn’t put it in - needed longer extensions- Guys come again- only had one not the other- that was Mon. Didn’t come back until Fri. Guys looked at it-we can’t do it and left- They only called 15-30 min before showing up- I’m on disability and a widow taking care of 87 yr old mom with no dishwasher!! AI sent text - taking 149$ off your credit card- that’s what we paid for service connect-

The Pelham store is always clean, well stocked, well staffed with helpful employees. I love that the aisles are always easy to navigate even when there are extra products displayed on the floor.

I actually left the store feeling happier than when I arrived. Knowledgeable Assistance was readily available even at 10 days before Christmas. I found exactly what I needed.

I was looking for a tool cart that was not on the floor. I asked the first associate I saw about the tool cart he located it pulled off the top shelf and helped me load it in my truck .

Brittany was very pleasant and sweet she is always smiling and provides great customer service every time we come in there.

Employees have no clue what they sale or where it is in the store. Asked 5 associates where a product was located 2 told me you don't stock it and 3 sent me all over the store. I found the products on my own and you have an entire 8foot bay of this product.

I was told my appliances would arrive today between 7-11 am. I received a text at 6 am the day of delivery saying it wouldn’t be here til Monday. That was very inconvenient for us as we made arrangements for the day we were told
