In this store the experience had been average. I had not been in the store for a while but yesterday was the best of the best. Not only did the employee's ask if they could help me but they knew their stuff and because of it my meter of average rose to the level of excellent. The customer service was off the charts and the help of the cashier that checked me out was great. Thanks to all the employees that came to my assistance and to Home Depot.

This Home depot store's head Cashier named Brenda went above and beyond to assist me in processing and completing an on line order. Brenda was very professional.

They close up the garden department in the evening when it starts to cool off. Not convenient. Also no staff out there to help. On the positive, I have received excellent service several times in the plumbing department. I have started shopping at the Home Depot in South Tempe near my work, much better service and honestly a better plant selection in the Garden Department. The response is theft is why we close it. Well hire some security.

What a delight to enter the local Home Depot store and find genuine warmth and helpfulness from the store employees - from the entrance to the check-out. We didn't realize the type of paint we wanted was actually available until an employee explained that if we picked the color, he could mix colors to make it! It seems that EVERY employee you pass speaks to you as you walk through the store. They also ask if you need any help.

The appliance sales person was great, helped me pick out just what I needed at the right price.

I am handicapped and an electric cart was available that day and time for me. The store carries great products and they are easy to find. The associates are friendly and helpful. Associate Brenda helped find my items and put them in a store care and took me through checkout. She loaded the items in my vehicle and returned the electric cart to the store. She gave me some great advice as I shopped. She was patient, friendly, professional, and kind.
