I have done three complete remodels from this store over the last five years (200k) and always loved it until recently. The parking area has been made terrible for the average contractor or anyone with a truck. There used to be five pro spots right by the entrance that were easy straight in parking with great loading room and visibility. Now it is a wall of plywood and the spaces are display racks for fence panels. The “pro” parking was moved out to the far edge of the lot where there is no room to park a kart for lumber loading due to the constant traffic as it is a main entrance to the parking lot. This store needs to go back to the old parking model if they value the average builder. Please consider moving the fence panels and rental trailers to open up for truck driving customers.

The store itself is average for Home Depot. The problem is with Home Depot.com internet sale and in store pickup. The 1 800 customer support is recorded and could not get the answer I needed. Had to drive to the store and talk to someone at customer service. Thirty minutes later the problem was resolved. What a hassle.

You want an item that is about $20, but it is locked up like it's jewelry. You look for someone to unlock the cage. You go up and down aisles, it is like you are playing hide and go seek. You finally find someone, who then has to call someone else to help you. You walk back to the cage and wait 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. They get the item for you, but they have to walk it up with you or you have to tell someone up front that it's up there when you check out? I have a whole cart of items and you think I am going to steal a $20 item. I have probably spent close to $70,000 on projects with them over the years. Heck of a way to treat a customer. When I finally get to checkout, there is only one person manning the check stand and another in self checkout with about 6 people in line with each. I am not sure why I am taking the time to write this, as nothing will change, and people will still go there as there are limited options. But maybe one day they will care again.

I went in there, not knowing what type of washing machine to buy. I’m an older lady and my husband always bought them, but he passed away. The gentleman Anthony that helped me was extremely knowledgeable. Didn’t rush me, asked me questions to find a washing machine that would fit my needs and my families. I would highly recommend going to this store, highly recommend him helping you if you’re in that Need of the type of merchandise he works in. The selection was huge to choose from.

Most of the boys don’t know what they’re don’t care to help you

We have been shopping and have purchased many items over the years and have been very satisfied. Several years ago, we purchased some windows and doors. There were some problems with the manufacturer and the Manager at that time was terrific and very helpful to deal with.

Pro parking in most HD in the West have been moved away from the convenient loading area to 250 feet away. That's no longer a perk, its an annoyance to regular customers.

I am always on the hunt for the bargains and at Home Depot I always get them and more. I just ran in for a hose and heading towards the cashier I grabbed a couple cute halloween things! The store always has a great display of seasonal things and got to have things!

Employees went out of there way to take care of me

I purchased light bulbs, paid with a credit card, yet somehow Home Depot knew my personal information which I did not enter at checkout. Apparently they track credit cards that are associated with persons. I do not like this. Period.

It took 2 hours, 2 cashiers, 2 prodesk employees, 2 managers to complete a small purchase.

They moved what is considered Pro Parking to a corner of the parking lot instead of by the building. Its a lot less convenient now if you have a cart full of studs or other products to get to your vehicle.

The concrete edge rocks were great and added value. The people were pleasant, and professional and very helpful when I needed paint sample and when I got gallon mixed paint. I have used Behr as the only indoor or outdoor pain I my various homes in the last 20 plus years. It is a great product.

I bought lumber today and was helped right away!

Good store, I don't know what happened, I had ordered the same item before with no problems

Our stop today was small. 24’ of 1 x 4 oak for a furniture rebuilding. BUT I needed the longer lengths in the hardwood area to be cut specifically to 32”. Charlie hopped right to it, offered to select lengths in the HD stock that would result in less than 2” scrap for the store and a huge help to me. Charlie was pleasant. efficient and super helpful. While going through the check stand, Brianna let me know the military discount was not available on lumber of which I was pretty sure was still in effect, so no problem. She wrote it down on a piece of paper to make sure I understood and we parted today very satisfied with the extra efforts both these HD employees made today. HD is lucky to have them. Keep up the customer service efforts. It will grow your business.

I've always enjoyed the many trips for purchases, advice and interactions we have had at this store. A great place!

I ordered a lot of composite tiles and trim. I had to take the tiles in two loads, but the staff made arrangements for that and the whole process went very smoothly. I have four decks at my house and for the same comosite tile and trim I was quoted $18,000.00. I have managed to tile all four cecks doing it myself for $6000.00 including buying the saw and workhorse for cutting and trimming. Great DIY project, thanks Home Depot.

Went to use my veteran discount with my telephone number at checkout and it showed the account was invalid. When I asked why I was told that I would have to talk to "services"'. When I went to customer services I was told that they were not trained to resolve this problem. They then went on to tell me that I could only get the discount online or with the use of a smart phone. When I asked if I didn't have a smart phone I was told that I was out of luck if I shopped in the store.

For landscape projects, Thad is my “go-to” every time. Thad is an irrigation guru, mentoring me through leaks and layouts, he’s problem solved a 20k sq. ft. commercial tree installation, suggesting alternative controls, allowing us to disconnect our commercial utility meter, run our system wirelessly, which saved us thousands and reduced our carbon footprint dramatically. Whether I have a personal home project or a company assignment I purchase materials at this Home Depot b/c I can get in and get out when I’m in a hurry. I know I can ask any employee to help me grab what I need and go. When my schedule isn’t so tight, I know I can get answers to questions and real time solutions, I’m confident I’ll get the attention I need to get my projects done right. Can’t ask for much more than that! It’s that local hardware feel with big box product options at your fingertips.
