Good store to find everything. Associates are nice and very helping.

I saw many store associates on the floor available to help if needed. The person I asked for directions was very friendly and knowledgeable and took me to the area of the products I needed right away.

The overall store is nice with bright lighting and aisles that were relatively clean and uncluttered. However, the Returns desk associate was very unfriendly and distinctly rude. I returned some rubber baseboards because I didn't need them, but instead of asking why I was returning them, she was rude in how she asked whether I had used them. A couple of the baseboards had veneer that was coming loose at the ends, which was how we bought them at another Home Depot store. I could understand why she may have thought I had used them, but it was her attitude that bothered me as a long-standing Home Depot customer. I've made returns at other Home Depot stores, but this was the first bad experience.

I shop at this store often because of the variety of products and the employees are friendly and helpful. We have done a lot of home improvement projects in the last two years and we always find what we need. Also my wife loves the garden department.

What can I say, it's Home Depot on a nice little Sunday. They typically have everything I need at prices that beat the competition. Only thing I would appreciate is a little better care for the products/lumber on the shelves. I find myself sorting through to find "the nice one" pretty often. Keep up the good work!

Store is great, associates are great, but the store is often cluttered and could sure use more organization. open up more teller lines too.

i've been shopping at this store for years, through two house and don't know what i would have done without this store. it's been there for us for emergency's and general repairs. I'll alway's be a loyal customer.

We received excellent service when we were looking to buy a new washer and dryer. The sales associate was very friendly and provided details on the models on sale and rebates available. I looked up the products online but couldn't decide which model to buy. The visit to the store and helpful associate helped us make the right decision for our appliance purchase. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Applied for a small project loan and have been very satisfied. The interest rate is lower than a personal loan at my credit union. I've purchased 5 appliances so far and a Quartz countertop. Everyone in the Kitchen/Appliance department has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience so far...Carpet is next! Additionally, Markell at the customer service counter is awesome. She has helped me each time (it's a different check out process while you have a temporary card) and she is fantastic. She is friendly and personable....and funny!

MY WIFE AND I PASSED BY THE END OF AN ISLE WHERE DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE WAS BEING DISPLAYED. I HAD WANTED AN ELECTRIC GERERATOR FOR SOME TIME. A HIGH QUALITY UNIT WAS THERE, DISCOUNTED ABOUT 30% FROM THE REGULAR PRICE. WE CONTINUED SHOPPING, WALKING AWAY. A EMPLOYEE APPROACHED US TO ASK IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR NEEDED ANY HELP. WE TOLD HIM WE WERE INTERESTED IN THE GENERATOR A FEW ISLES BACK, BUT NOT AT THAT PRICE. HE SAID, SHOW ME. WE WALKED BACK THERE AND I SHOWED HIM THE ITEM. HE SAID WELL WHAT PRICE WOULD YOU BUY THIS AT? I TOLD HIM $65 LESS. HE SAID, LET ME MAKE A CALL TO THE BOSS AND SEE WHAT WE CAN DO. A MINUTE LATER, HE SAID, YES WE CAN DO THAT. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THAT, AND BOUGHT THE GENERATOR, AND HOME DEPOT MADE A $400 SALE. END OF STORY, HAPPY ENDING.

Always a great store experience at the Pleasanton Home Depot Store. We are always greeted and asked if we need help finding stuff.

The sales associate Eric (works in gardening) was very knowledgeable in the smoker that I purchased today. He assisted in locating the right smoker for a first time buyer. He recommended products that will be very useful in completing my Thanksgiving meal for my family. Eric loaded the smoker into my vehicle. You don’t find too many sales associates with the kindness that Eric showed today. Thanks Eric!!!

My issue was with an online order that was shipped to the store so, I went straight to the costumer service counter... I was returning products that were purchased at Home Depot online. .. which I was very unhappy with. I ordered Painters coveralls that were ordered online for store pickup. When the shipment arrive I picked them up and went on my way. When I got to my destination and opened the package, I found that the wrong size had been shipped. I was less than pleased. After going back and forth with the HD online support, It was obvious I was not going to be able to have the correct size sent by my deadline. I filled out the survey trying to have it reflect the online order, it was not a positive one. A couple of days later I got a call from Sean the local HD where I had picked up my initial order. Sean was more than happy to make do what needed to be done to make this right and that's exactly what he did! Sean gathered up 6 Painter coveralls from the store and we did a swap, the coveralls Sean gave me were even better than the original ones purchased! And for only a 5 cents per unit difference! thank you Sean for making your customers feel important!

Need more help at checkout. Friendly people but took too long to get assistance.
