The store was clean; products easy to find and the staff was extremely helpful

I come here often. It's conveniently located and there are lots of things that a homeowner needs.

The store was neat and clean and I received a great deal of help from Loren in the paint department. He was knowledgeable about the paints and made informative suggestions regarding my purchase. The checkout was fast and the cashier very courteous.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! I was in and out with everything I needed very quickly! I found someone to help as soon as I walk down the aisle!

No matter which department I need assistance in, the employee is always friendly & knowledgeable!

I received help with what I was looking for , got my questions answered, items were in stock and its such a CLEAN store it was a pleasure to shop there. Of course I will go back again and again.

I talked with Jim, Sheri, and Joan on my most recent visit. They were all very friendly and helpful in getting me to the correct area of the store, finding exactly what I needed and getting checked out.

This store is clean, fully stocked, had a great selection in the various departments I shopped, and the employees were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and had great manners!

This store is a great store. I have been going to this store for past 15 years. I always get excellant service. They go out of the way to help me find right stuff, provide me advice to fix any issue and takes things back without any questions. Never had such a great customer service from anywhere else

Store is always much cleaner than other Home Depot’s. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with everything. Items are always available and they have a great cleaning supply selection. Who knew?!? Prices are even better. Great store and great people is why I will continue to go out of my way ( passing at least two other Home Depot’s along the way) to shop at this store.

This store is well-run, well-stocked, and very clean. The employees are professional, caring and assist the customer in finding items for their home repair products.. I enjoy shopping at this specific Home Depot because I know I will receive good service and find the products I want to purchase in a timely and efficient manner. I recommend this store to everyone!

All of the associates were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. The store was clean, stocking was perfect. This store is like a second home and family. Whatever you need, they help through cost savings suggestions, knowledgeable about the product and assistance with understanding the installation instructions.

Tina welcomed us with genuine good feeling, asked and listened patiently to what we wanted in a new dishwasher, and with her bright spirit and professional capability kindly helped us to select a great dishwasher that we will be very happy with. Tina made us feel very good every moment we were together with her in our Home Depot and gave us a wonderful experience that we will be with us evermore.

Steven provided quick and friendly customer service. He went above and beyond to help us secure a new fridge.

I like this location for numbers of reasons ; nice and helpful employees , safe area for shopping, they have always what I'm looking for, clean place ..,

Employees are always helpful at this store - even when I am tired and cranky. I get the help I need - whether that is locating an item (most often I am walked to the correct aisle to locate item) or just browsing or checking out. Store and parking lot are clean. And, just for good measure, I love the music at HD.

The people make the difference. From the top down. Product is Product, Answers to questions is priceless. They will answer your question or find someone in the store that can, the true team concept. The fact that they kept the store clean and organized is just a bonus. It is worth the drive pass the competition, and even other HD stores to get what you need, right down to having your Home Depot.com deliveries sent to this store.

I have shopped other Home Depot's but this one by far was the best of the best. Customer service was outstanding. Traci and another associate very helpful. Every employee I encountered asked can I help you again a Model store for customer service. I will definitely visit this store again when traveling through Michigan.

I appreciate the shopping experience at my local Home Depot store because the store is well-organized and clean and the associates are eager to help. I feel respected when spoken to about projects with which I am unfamiliar. I hope to learn about home improvement from the associates in this store.

Every time I come to this store I am greeted by all and asked if I need help. I truely injoy coming to this store.

If you need help finding anything here, good luck! Ask if Jim is working and work with him, otherwise you will be wasting your precious time searching the store. I probably know the inventory better than their computer system by now after aimlessly wandering aisles on my sometimes daily visits. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere if this does not improve, it is convenient to my home and I have become accustomed to some of their products but these are the only reasons I shop here. The customer service, supervisors who have helped me when I have had trouble finding something and the assigned employee was unhelpful, the checkout and Jim (not sure what his title is) are the only pleasant aspect of this store. I am not a general contractor, I do not look the part, any excuse of that nature is invalid. It's pretty apparent that when entering the store with my young child and needing to purchase large items, that I may require assistance, or at least like to be asked. This never happens at this store, unless the Home Depot archangel Jim is working. He even offered to help me load the car. So disappointing.
