Some times the staff is good sometimes they aren't but they usually are good and they usually have the stuff you need

I was assisted by an employee named ABEL who made the experience fantastic. He was knowledgable, courteous, and humorous. He went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed and walked alongside me through several aisles until I figured out what I needed. He offered suggestions based on what he thought was appropriate but was in no way forceful of his opinion. He ultimately helped me choose a selection pipes in the plumbing aisle and offered to help cut them to the necessary length. Others employees assisted me during the visit but I did not catch their names. The store was also stocked with everything I needed and I multiple people eager to help me throughout the visit

Generally this store has very friendly staff. It is less crowded than the store in Carmel Mountain Ranch. However they don't always have everything I came there to purchase. And some of their staff do not seem to know where things are even in their own department. The store is generally pretty clean it is just that there are a lot of sprinkler parts, nails, brads, etc in the wrong boxes and prices are a bit hard to figure out.

best, cleanest home depot i've been to. Assistant manager Scott was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy customers. Juan in the returns section went above and beyond his duties to make sure that we were taken care of. kudos to you both.

after making my purchase online , I received an email stating the order was received and ready for pickup.. I was greeted at the customer service desk and given my product.. The whole experience was very efficient ..

We purchased new flooring from The Home Depot. The engineered wood and carpeting was professionally installed to my satisfaction. One in store flooring associate was less helpful than expected. When returning excess material one associate in particular was extremely helpful on the phone and in the store. She capped off the whole process from beginning to end in a most positive way. We're very happy we decided to go with the Home Depot for our new floors.

The associates in Lawn and Garden were very helpful, courteous and concerned about my needs.

This store is always clean and can always find help

Half of the employees are great. I had my best experience with Jeff the electrical Pro on Saturday. He walked me to several departments and helped me select everything I needed for my project. Jeff in plumbing and Tyler in hardware were awesome helpers, too. Then Sunday I returned and had the worst experience with rude forklift operator spotters kicking customers out of aisles with no help. Hit or miss here. Don't know if I'll be back.

Product easy to find and the man that help me was excellent, he didn't know the answer to my question concerning lighting the water heater pilot light. He took his hand held unit, pulled up the Rheem 50 gal spec sheet and answered the question. He took the time to get me a cart and load the heater on the cart & helped me to the check out. At the checkout she got one of the HD fellows to help her load the heater onto my truck. Excellent job by all, this is what I call service!

When we entered the store there was an associate ready to direct us to the products we wanted, when we found the correct area and had questions we easily found an associate named Dee who was happy to answer our questions and make great recommendations. Dee made the entire shopping experience one that will bring us back to this store for our future needs.

I went to several departments today and was very glad to receive the help I needed to purchase what I wanted and had help loading my van. Very good experience at Home Depot today.

Very disappointed that the 5% discount for using the Home Depot Credit Card has been discontinued. The associate in paint was very helpful in helping me find the exact item I was looking for. The cashier was also very helpful and friendly. The service (when you can find it) was very good.

Frank was extremely helpful, along with being knowledgeable and professional. He showed me the product I was interested in and helped me through the purchase. Frank was very pleasant, having patience to explain things to me, then having me feel great about the purchase and speaking with him. I give him an A++ rating. Thanx Frank.

Hard to find people to ask for help. After about hour and a half, finally found someone who could help me.

The store was clean, we found everything we needed. Our associate even saved us money by telling us we didn't have to get the more expensive brushes. It was a good experience as always.

I couldn't find the item at another Home Depot location, so I came to the Poway location, and they had it in stock. Friendly assistance at the paint desk and pleasant cashier.

Juan at the return desk was wonderful. He helped me return a product only sold at Home Depot, though I didn't have a receipt. The product either was defective or not engineered well. It was a lock box, their most expensive. Went to use it for the first time and it would not open, it was frozen closed "in San Diego." Our friend forced it open with a knife and WD40. So you see if the lock box does not work, it's useless in an emergency. I went and bought another style which is working perfectly. It was no hassle what so ever. I always return to Home Depot, they have excellent prices and everything I need is always in stock. Jim in windows, also deserves a high 5 for helping me find screen replacement corners..

We came into the store looking for new mirrored wardrobes as well as a new front door and and garage door. We were in the Door, etc department of Home Depot in Poway, CA and Marc approached us wanting to see if he could help. He was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We needed to back home and measure, etc and Marc called the following day to check up on us. We did buy the doors and got them installed. We were very pleased with Marc and really our entire experience with this store. Everything was in stock and all went smooth. Very friendly and helpful. We give Marc and Home Depot, Poway, a ten at all levels. Thank you! James Rogers

All Home Depots are very helpful and have all supply's you need for basically anything from remodeling to building gardening and other things! Definitely best workers because they take time to help you out

I purchased appliances today at Home Depot expecting a price match which was promised. I was overcharged, and had I not looked at my receipt before leaving I would have ever known. There was a supervisor at customer service who refused to help me, told me to go back to the original associate who helped me. I did, and was escorted right back up to customer service - where I should have received immediate resolution since I was the only CUSTOMER there. Instead I got excuses such as "I am busy helping another customer", "I'm busy", and was stuck standing at the customer service desk for 45 minutes. If she was really "SO BUSY", the store manager (who by the way, walked by several times in my 45 minutes at the customer service desk) probably would have assisted her. It was made perfectly clear that she did not want to help the customer in front of her - the customer who paid her over $4000 for appliances and asked for a price match at the beginning of the transaction.

Sales associate in lumber area was very professional, friendly, and helpful. It made the buying experience better than if he was not the above.
