I like Home Depot. I suggest you place a couple of Kiosks in your stores for people to look up items. The Internet on my phone is often slow in your stores. Also, I don't need anyone to greet me - just be available for questions.

I picked this store to purchase a fiberglass entry door. After waiting a couple of months, I called to follow up the status of my order. The door finally arrived but it turned out to be the wrong size. I had to go back to the same lady who ordered the entry door and she supposedly ordered the fiberglass entry door from another company. It was a downgrade from the original door so I asked if there’s a price difference. She said it was cheaper and that the door was available. Turned out it was the same price and the door was NOT available since it won’t be available until January. On top of that, she ordered a wooden entry door! I’ve lost my faith and confidence with this store due to this unacceptable experience. It’s a good thing that Cassie and TJ took care of my refund and apologized for the inconvenience.

Hello, I recently made a purchase from your store and encountered an issue with the shipping charges. When I placed the order, the website indicated that the items were in stock. However, when I went to pick up my order, I was informed that some of the items were not available and would need to be shipped separately. I was not informed that there would be an additional shipping charge for these items. As a result, I ended up paying for two separate shipping charges. I understand that inventory discrepancies can occur, but I believe that I should have been informed about the additional shipping charge before completing the transaction. It would have been appreciated if the cashier had provided me with this information so that I could make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed with the purchase. Sincerely, Nickpoway

Quickly and easily returned a lighting fixture that was the wrong size. Just as quickly found a replacement. The store is always well stocked.

Do not believe these employees. They do not know why they are talking about. DO not buy any big tickets items that use a 3rd party delivery or installer it will be a mess. Big word of advise also if you have something delivered to your home (product) they will charge you a 15% restocking fee. If they help with ordering product they will order 10-15% more and you will be stuck paying the difference. Also they will nickel and dime you for everything. Install fee, tear out fee, delivery fee, carry in fee. You will easily pay more than other retailers after all the hidden charges they will tack on. They will also take no responsibility for any part of the job, any issues, or anything once they have your money. They will lie to you to get you to buy the product also.

Been dealing with an incorrect washer being delivered and valve being broken when delivered for over a month. Dealing with plumbers, dry wall repair, repainting , redilivery, having to come back to the store it’s wasted over a day of my time. I was given $150 credit for the inconvenience which is equivalent to 2.5 hours of what I get paid. A little more of a credit would have been nice. Not only my time was wasted, but gas to come to the store and time off of work so the repairs could be completed and delivery made. Not happy with customer service at the location pawning me off on others that pawned me off as well. I have purchased a washer, dryer, fridge, stove, And generator the last few years at this location. After this experience I will be shopping elsewhere.

Bought a garage door opener and purchased installation service. The process was fast and easy. Next day received call from installer and set up appointment.

Needed a few landscape and electrical items from the Poway Home Depot. Had trouble activating my military discount. Crystal at the customer service desk walked me through the process. Quick and painless. Excellent customer service!

What a great amazing clean and incredible store!!

This is the best Home Depot location in San Diego area. The staff at this location actually look you in the eye and greet you. Not just at the door but throughout the store. At most other locations, the workers hide because they to not engage with you. Our flooring specialist Elizabeth Platas was amazing. She help us find the right flooring material and placed the order for us. This location recently upgraded to a new computer system and the system was needy. Still, Liz was diligent and made it easy for us. It was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend her to others. She is an ideal store staff.

Nice store friendly staff

The manager had a meeting and had someone called to come help cut wood but I waited twenty minutes. I walked up to Andrew and he automatically said he’d help me with anything I needed. Then I came back the next day and he was the one who helped me again, he was awesome, very professional and great customer service.

I just wanted to give a shout out to an employee that was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of my refrigerator. Cynthia was so helpful and had the best personality. She made what would be a stressing time trying to choose, into a good time.

I was shopping for packing boxes today and found three price tags two had a lower price one had a larger price. I made sure I took the boxes from the lower price. I checked out and made it almost to my car when I realized I was charged the higher price for these boxes. I made a U-turn back into the store. Though not an overly inviting experience when I came into the store, I was appointed to customer service where I met Victoria, and she solved everything. We love Victoria kudos to you keep up the great work.

My husband and I have been putting off renovating our kitchen. We finally decided to do it and went to Home Depot to help with the design. Randy did a fantastic job not only listening to our ideas but providing his own. He helped us keep the cost within our budget and now we've purchased everything and are just waiting for the cabinets to come in. I cannot believe how easy and stress free the process was and why we waited so long. I would really recommend anyone looking to do this type of work head over to the Poway location and ask for Randy.

Purchased an item online buy it came defective. I returned it and the cashier was so very sweet and fast. She truly was amazing and out a smile on my face the rest of the day. I’m actually still smiling remembering how sweet she was!
