My husband and I have been putting off renovating our kitchen. We finally decided to do it and went to Home Depot to help with the design. Randy did a fantastic job not only listening to our ideas but providing his own. He helped us keep the cost within our budget and now we've purchased everything and are just waiting for the cabinets to come in. I cannot believe how easy and stress free the process was and why we waited so long. I would really recommend anyone looking to do this type of work head over to the Poway location and ask for Randy.

Purchased an item online buy it came defective. I returned it and the cashier was so very sweet and fast. She truly was amazing and out a smile on my face the rest of the day. I’m actually still smiling remembering how sweet she was!

Ask for James in plumbing he knows his stuff.

The staff members are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Their extensive knowledge is truly impressive, and they consistently go above and beyond to provide assistance. Their welcoming and warm demeanor made us feel right at home.

I have found that the Poway Home Depot has some of the best customer service in all of San Diego County. They are more than willing to help a novice to remodel, repair, or spruce up their home. Kudos to them👍

Shop here several times a month as a local home owner. Whether needing items for maintenance or a new project, people are helpful, kind and always looking for ways to make your shopping faster

Fighting shoplifting by inconveniencing ACTUAL shoppers looks great on your DEI scorecard and to the supporters of criminal behavior, but NOT to me. I will not return until this silliness changes.

Asked my wife to stop by for a roll of 6" wide roof or self-adhesive vinyl / other petroleum product window flashing to complete a window installation, sending her a text with a picture of Home Depot's product and a description of what it was and what it is for. She showed that text to three employees. They each said the store had no window flashing, and actually, ridiculously, unbelievably, incomprehensibly, sent her out with a roll of thin aluminum foil tape, 2" wide, for air sealing sheets of foam insulation, completely useless for a window installation. Now I have to return that, too, as I go out to buy window flashing.

Niveea was such a gem at the return desk when returning a mower I ordered online. She greeted me with a smile and made the process so painless. Thank you for amazing customer service! You are such a gem and your smile and great attitude are contagious!

Alex at the customer service desk was amazing. Helpful, polite, and patient. 10 out of 10!!!

Need to automated the RYV process. Instead of manually entering each of the same items, make it where if it's many of the same items just have it to have one overall item entry. Fix the RTV process.

Victoria at the return desk was awesome, went over and above to help serve me, very much appreciated.

This store has the most fantastic employees. I love shopping here as I can find almost everything I need for gardening or home projects. The store is always neat and clean and the aisles are well-marked.

We needed a dishwasher quickly. Home Depot had many options that can be delivered within the week.

Audrey, Shelly, Louis, and Victoria great people to work with. They were more than happy to find anyone that can assist me with my problem. They had no problem calling other store to hold an item they did not have in stock. Great customer service found at this location.

During this hecktic holiday season I received exceptional service at this store.

I spoke with four employees today and all were helpful.

Was not ablate purchase the product as it was not carried as were many other types I.E No Sealer and grout remover from Aqua Mix but many others were.

Warren and James were phenomenal help fixing the water leak from the Bath Tub Cartridge. The cartridge is leaky and the water is heavily leaking and needed an immediate solution. Both Warren and James figured the solution out and helped me in time to fix the leak. Really appreciate their help.

Instead of thanking me for my military service the cashier asked me what branch did I serve in. When I told him the cashier stated that he had absolutely no respect for the Coast Guard. He added good thing I did not say NAVY because he has even less respect for them.
