Good price and nice service!

The Poway staff is very friendly and willing to help you locate what you are looking for. The customer service and Pro desk are always supportive and find ways to work through the issue or problem.

My wife and I drive to this store from Lakeside because of the atmosphere and layout. The store is always clean and easy to maneuver in! Associates are always helpful. We live closest to Santee and El Cajon but choose to go the extra miles to this store.

Excellent Customer Service by CHRISTOPHER, who helped me to reserve the last stock the Poway Store has for KOHLER Valiant Toilet, and also helped to place my order over the phone. CHRISTOPHER took his time to answer all my questions about Pro-Account and refer me to Pro-Account Customer Care to help me further for more detailed answers. I am very happy with the excellent Customer Service from everyone who answered the phone, from initial checking of the stock and then I was transferred to CHRISTOPHER to place the order over the phone - VERY convenient for me. Thanks!

This was my first time at this HD location & the customer service is OUTSTANDING! Cindy is such a sweet woman, she went above & beyond for my mother & I and even though I have a HD across the street from me I would go to Poway just to get CINDY’S costumer service!

Have shopped at Home Depot for years, I also use it for business a ton. Lately tried to use the outside delivery services for new appliances & carpet to prep my mom's home for sale. They consistently got things wrong, I ordered specific appliances to make sure they were available & not back ordered but the truck showed up & things were missing, then then order desk got the address wrong for carpet measure even after I corrected him at the counter twice. He put it down as Oceanside instead of Julian, CA so they had to reschedule. I have to take time off of work & drive 1.5 hrs to get there so it's costly & inconvenient for me, I was willing to pay & work around your delivery schedule. But can you please at least get the order right & deliver the items you say you're going to deliver! Maybe your driver's should check their load before they leave because they had no idea. Your carpet guy called & left a message at 7:20pm! I called back at 6:00am.

Poway Home Depot has the best customer service throughout the store.

We enjoy shopping at this store much more than the Mira Mesa store. It is very convenient for us and there is good customer service.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot and most of the time they carry good products. Most of the store staff are friendly and helpful. This is about some of the products "after purchase" and "warranty". Last year I bought an electric heater brand Ecohouzing. The product is a good product but the service is very poor. I had some issues with the timer and called Ecohouzing for assistance. The number on the warranty pamphlet/booklet is an 800 number that directs you to a particular service rep. No one came to the phone and I was asked to leave my number which I did. No reply came in the following days so I kept calling until I finally reached a service rep. It seemed the servicing is done outside the USA. Communication was quite difficult due to little knowledge of the product with the rep. Her promise to have a technician call me never realized. I used the heater throughout the winter mostly on settings II but a couple of weeks I started experiencing blinking of the temperature numbers. Resetting does not always work. I think it has to do with the sensor going bad in the unit. Though I think the unit is good, I would not buy the same heater again because of its poor or lack of "after purchase service" and problems so soon after purchasing.

A female sales associate in electrical assisted me with parts for my ceiling fan, she was very knowledgeable.

I've visiting the store the last five years since moving to Ramona, CA and found I always find what I need and the staff are always willing to assist with ideas to make my job simple and efficient. I trust everyone!

The store is local and stocks all the items I need for maintaining my home. The store is clean and the staff is courteous. They provide electric carts for the disabled.

Looking for cute plants to put on either side of my front door which sits in partial shade. Mikhail was very friendly, approachable, had a warm personality & was welcoming. Skip & Kathy were extremely knowledgeable about plants, planters, books, "micro climates" (oooh I learned something new), & just about any living thing that was green, lol. They were patient & professional as I told them about the houseplants I already own & enjoy & what type of outdoor plant I was looking for. I got 2 plants per their rec & they're doing GREAT!

We wanted installation on flooring, paid install and material and paid to have Home Depot measure. After that they would not call us and would not help us after we paid 4K to start. So,not helpful, would not return any phone calls and rude after over a month of run around, all because we wanted to cancel order. Use them at your own risk.

The selection Home Depot has is outstanding. Everything you could possibly need for any project or home improvement you can find in The Home Depot.

My wife and I needed to make a return and exchange and we were very pleased with "Jean's" help over at the return/exchange section of the store. She was very nice and very helpful which made our experience Awesome ! So thank you to her and to this store.

The Poway store provides rental equipment and I found the sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The Poway store also provides all the positive comments provided above I.e. knowledgeable sales staff, assistance with my application and finding the correct product.

We love the Poway Home Depot because of our great experiences with Lee in Appliances. He’s amazing! His customer service is STELLAR! If I could give him 10 stars I would!! He’s THE BEST!!

Just bought some seeds and starter plants for our "cool" weather garden. I was happy to see that the Bonnie 6-pack plants were in very good condition--the only thing missing was some onion starts . . .

I go out of my way to shop at this store even though it doesn't carry as many products as the two other Home Depots closer to my home, because of the great staff that works there and the shelves are stocked and maintained better.
