This store and the employees are exceptional. The associates are always more than willing to lend a hand or helpful suggestions.

If you need mulch, gravel, timbers etc. from garden center be prepared for a Long ordeal as this store does not open its garden center even when temps are 55 degrees and it's a sunny Sat. (2-22-20) Not acceptable.

Items are in stock and easy to find. Store is clean and prices are good. Historically, it has been difficult to find an associate to help me in the store, but it is clear that a concerted effort is being made to correct this.

this store has one of the greatest employee i have ever seen, i have been shopping at #6940 since it opened i am 71 years old and LARRY was the greatest. Larry went rite product and found what i needed he was so polite, i walked past employees walking back from the bathroom and they didn"t even speak or ask if i needed help thats so sad. when i went into the nuts and bolts area LARRY saw me and asked if he could help me, which was great,i am on afixed income and 1600.00 a month is rough, but i can go to Home Depot and find what i can afford.

In store everything is perfect

The Powder Springs Home Depot is locally accessible. It is probably the CLEANEST HD I've ever been in; and, I've been doing Home Improvement projects in my home for the last 20 years. This store arrived on the scene approximately 8 years ago. I prefer shopping at this HD over other Home Depot stores because I am constantly greeted/assisted by employees and am able to make my visit quick. If the store doesn't have what I need, I know they can get it. I COULD go to other close-by HDs, but this is my preferred Home Depot for my home improvement supplies.

Sometimes very difficult to find employees for assistance during "lunch break". Sometimes frustrating. This store used to have shopping carts at the contractor entrance. Not any more. I recently needed a shopping cart and had to go to the main entrance to get one and then walk all the way back to the lumber area. Other HD stores have cart at the contractor entrance. Put some outside for goodness sake.

I find this store to be well stocked, organized and clean and customer friendly and helpful. Prefer to shop there more than other home improvement stores.

I am new home owner and I am so relived that HD #6940 is literally around the corner from my home. The employees are friendly, honest, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful!!!!! Specifically Marty and cashier Janice!!!!! They made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It is very important for me to know that I can ask a team member a question and they will do more than "point" or give a 1 or 2 word answer. They took their time and I didn't feel like I was a distraction. I will definitely be a long term customer at the HD #6940 store. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

ALL associates seem knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the store.

This store is, in my opinion, a different kind of big box retailer. You get the feel it is almost a hybrid between a huge store with many choices to a old time hardware store which is much more comfortable. I have never had an issue where one of the employees helped me and went above and beyond. This is not the closest to me but is the Home Depot I prefer to come to.

If and when you are in appliances I hope you are lucky to receive the customer service experience that I received during my visit. The gentleman, Brad, whom helped me was exceptional.

I like that there were more than on entrance and exits, the store was tidy and clean, the product that I was looking for was not stocked at this location (lemon grass), but I found a substitute. The cashier was very friendly and helpful, considering how 'Hot" it was.

Anytime I need help with a home repair, a store employee is always available and extremely helpful. When I first moved to Powder Springs, I was disappointed that this Home Depot was smaller than the one I had used before. Now I wouldn't trade it for anything!

This store is well organized and employees are friendly espiecally cashier Aleta.

The store was very clean and organized. The staff were very helpful. The manager was amazing, he helped me get the necessary help l needed in the different departments and even helped me to my car.

Overall due to this store being so close to home I usually shop here. It is usually clean but on 5/27/2019 it was hard to maneuver through the aisles. I had to get a flat bed cart from front of the store and get soil. I had to go past two aisles just to get to garden dept. both Aisles were blocked with pallets and boxes and grill aisle had large step ladder blocking aisle. I could understand if it was at closing but this was at 4:44pm on a Sunday and customers were still coming in. I have worked for Home Depot before and they were all about customer safety but not on this day. Please keep aisles clear so customers can maneuver if they have large purchases.
