Anytime I shop here, there is always an employee ready to help. Often I need help in figuring out how to do a project or in deciding what I need for the project, and again, the employees are extremely helpful.

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable and friendly associates. Felt safe with COVID 19 regulations and social distancing procedures and floor markings in place. Also Home Depot cares about their employees with the addition of clear glass barriers for cashiers.

This store is always on point. The people know what they are talking about and will always stop on what they are doing to point you in the right direction.

Associates at the garden center were friendly.

I purchased a zero turn mower 3/29/2020. Husband tried to start it on April 2, 2020 it would not start called the store, talked with a Store Associate he asked us to return to the store and he gave my husband some OJT on starting the mower and told us if he had any more problems call him back. We got home husband tried to start the mower and it still did not start. Called the Store Associate and he came over to my home to diagnose the problem with the mower and it was the battery. We turned to the store and he provided us with a new battery. He went above and beyond by making a service call.

Home Depot always has the supplies I need. Employees offer assistance with a smile. This is my home depot store, Powder Springs!

If you need mulch, gravel, timbers etc. from garden center be prepared for a Long ordeal as this store does not open its garden center even when temps are 55 degrees and it's a sunny Sat. (2-22-20) Not acceptable.

Items are in stock and easy to find. Store is clean and prices are good. Historically, it has been difficult to find an associate to help me in the store, but it is clear that a concerted effort is being made to correct this.

this store has one of the greatest employee i have ever seen, i have been shopping at #6940 since it opened i am 71 years old and LARRY was the greatest. Larry went rite product and found what i needed he was so polite, i walked past employees walking back from the bathroom and they didn"t even speak or ask if i needed help thats so sad. when i went into the nuts and bolts area LARRY saw me and asked if he could help me, which was great,i am on afixed income and 1600.00 a month is rough, but i can go to Home Depot and find what i can afford.

In store everything is perfect

The Powder Springs Home Depot is locally accessible. It is probably the CLEANEST HD I've ever been in; and, I've been doing Home Improvement projects in my home for the last 20 years. This store arrived on the scene approximately 8 years ago. I prefer shopping at this HD over other Home Depot stores because I am constantly greeted/assisted by employees and am able to make my visit quick. If the store doesn't have what I need, I know they can get it. I COULD go to other close-by HDs, but this is my preferred Home Depot for my home improvement supplies.

Sometimes very difficult to find employees for assistance during "lunch break". Sometimes frustrating. This store used to have shopping carts at the contractor entrance. Not any more. I recently needed a shopping cart and had to go to the main entrance to get one and then walk all the way back to the lumber area. Other HD stores have cart at the contractor entrance. Put some outside for goodness sake.

I find this store to be well stocked, organized and clean and customer friendly and helpful. Prefer to shop there more than other home improvement stores.

I am new home owner and I am so relived that HD #6940 is literally around the corner from my home. The employees are friendly, honest, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful!!!!! Specifically Marty and cashier Janice!!!!! They made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It is very important for me to know that I can ask a team member a question and they will do more than "point" or give a 1 or 2 word answer. They took their time and I didn't feel like I was a distraction. I will definitely be a long term customer at the HD #6940 store. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
