One bad experience before but the associates made up for it, they were really helpful.

I had a need for a piece of rubber about 1/8" thick. I was walking around the store trying to find something similar to use for this. A store associate saw that I looked puzzled and asked me if he could help me find anything, I described what I needed, he though for a moment and said there was gasket material in aisle 9 haft way down on the bottom shelf. He was right and it worked perfectly for what I needed.

I was satisfied in all departments that I visited.

There are many products displayed near the store entrance that would make a good gift for the coming Holidays. Very good job organizing the merchandise. Also, associates are very easy to find and very helpful.

I will absolutely travel a little further north to shop at this location from now on. I had to consult with various staff during my multi hour endeavor and every single one of them was patient, helpful, informative, and kind. The store was super clean and every single item I needed was in stock but for one that I simply had to order many more of than I had originally expected. They made it SO easy. They gathered the items from other stores BY THE NEXT DAY and personally called me to alert me that they were ready whenever I was able to come by. They went above and beyond. I was SO impressed as a business owner myself- the team should be very proud of themselves. They have a GREAT and friendly store.

I want to thank Keisha and Mary and the store manager Nathan. Keisha help me with everything and I could not have been happier with the customer service she provided...she was awesome. Mary has also helped me in the past with returns and she is super also!!! Nathan recently helped me out and I must say, is one of the best store managers I have met yet, and I have been to many Home Depots. Really!!! My sincere thanks to you all.

The store is clean and well organized...a great variety of new and standard products. When we have needed help or advice the staff is friendly and helpful. Shopping at Home Depot is always a wonderful experience.

the gas line I wanted for $19.65 was no where to be found even though on-line it said there were 5 in aisle 8,bay 9. In its place was a gas-line for $27.95 which was supposed to be in aisle 9, not 8!!

I ordered some appliances and there was an issue with the delivery. I contacted the store and I was transferred to Juan, the store manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Just because of this I will continue to shop here.

I go to Home Depot because I usually find everything I am looking for. Everyone is vey helpful and friendly.

helpful associates, good experience clem orderly store

Walked by 4 associates, not one asked if I needed help. Not even a greeting. Found what I wanted, product mix was great. I just wished the store was cleaner and associates helped.

Arrangement of items I needed seemed to be orderly and relatively easy to find. Help by store employees was appreciated when requested.

I did not require help with this visit but Home Depot associates are always willing to help in whatever way they can and actually go out of their way to ask if you need help when they are not too busy.

I had the pleasure of first meeting Brittany the garden sales associate, who then in-traduced me to Mike D. the manager and then the cashier Maureen all very pleasant and went out of their way on a lousy weather wise day like today . Windy and rain

I find the workers very well informed about products and location in store.

We were able to identify the product we wanted (a new BBQ) efficiently with the help of store associates. The first associate we happened to see was moving grocery carts but helped us as much as he could, then brought a product expert over promptly. Abdul was particularly helpful, not only in identifying the BBQ that was right for us, but also helping us find matching accessories, checking out, loading the BBQ into our car and securing it safely so we could get it home immediately. This was a much better experience than I have come to expect from most big box stores!

Associates are knowlegable and always very helpful. Store is well organized and clean.

Overall, i am very pleased with my experience at this store although: there can be some improvement with the willingness of associates, outside of their department to, genuinely, ask if help is needed. The customer service desk and cashiers are great!
