The salesman Freddy expertise talked me into changing every light bulb to Ecosmart LED BULBS

Appliances section with Gene and Paul were awesome as they provided tips and feedback and provided a great experience.

My girlfriend owns the Foot Reflex massage business across from Westbury Mall. Her store has special lighting and required a particular light bulb. We went to several store in the area but only Home Depot staff helped us find the right type bulb. We were exceptional pleased with the service Carlos provided and went with his recommendation. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about what type of bulb we could use for safety reasons. We are very thankful for his assistance and quality professional services he gave us. Thanks again!

This location is less crowded and better stocked than Freeport . The staff was approachable and helpful.

I went in to return an item, pay my home depot bill and pick up a couple of items. When I approached the return desk, I was greeted by Christine. She handled my return and bill payment with no problems. When I asked her where I could find the items I needed, she personally escorted me to each item and them returned with me to the customer service desk to check me out. It was quite refreshing to find this level of customer service in New York; this is the type of service I usually get when I am in Florida (regardless of store type). I will definitely be using this store again for any home improvement products I require.

This store is quite out of the way for me, but the staff friendliness and helpful assistance makes me go there for most of my Home Depot shopping needs

I purchased a stove and a refrigerator on 7/6 or delivery on 7/18. On the morning of 7/18 I called and fond out my delivery had been rescheduled for 7/23. The appliances were for a rental unit and the tenant was moving in on 7/19. No one at the store could help and the Manager never spoke to me after I requested it twice. I canceled the order and went to LOWES and had the appliances delivered the next day. Home Depot has no idea what GOOD Customer Service is.......

The gentleman in plumbing with the cowboy hat was extremely helpful. He told me the right products to use to unclog my shower drain and it worked just like he said.

I was able to get help right away. Had just what I needed .

Went to buy paint and associate was proactive and offered his help and was courteous and knowledgable. Can't ask for more. It should be like that in all your stores. Raceway is a model store.

This store consistently provides superior customer service. While there are other stores closer to where I live, I go to this one because they always provide an excellent customer experience.

I was looking for two 50ft packages of paracord rope, but I had only found one so far. An employee asked if I needed any help and I god him that I was looking for a second package of a certain color of paracord rope for a DIY project, and he checked all the shelves, the shelves in the next aisle in case some fell in between and even ran to the back to check without me asking first, but unfortunately there was only one, so I bought the one and he gave me a list of other stores to check. He was super nice and super patient and I had a very nice experience
