I've met the most friendly customer service employees at the Westbury store who will literally walk you over to the product(s0 you're looking for. It is clean, very well organized and loaded with employees in every field, expertise and section of the store. They're so helpful and make the shopping experience a very enjoyable one.

This is the most civilized and polite Home Depot around. It is clean, well-organized, and filled with helpful, friendly people. Way to go!

INCOMPETENT USELESS EMPLOYEES WHO OFFER NO HELP. ITS LIKE DEALING IN A

I am extremely satisfied with the help that I received during my recent trip to Home Depot. I purchased several large storage bins, which did not fit in my car. When I went back inside to customer service, I was quickly greeted with a smile and the two ladies were able to place my items on hold for someone with a bigger car to come and pick-up for me. I also had a tax exempt letter without a tax id number and they were able to look up the account without any issue! These ladies made my shopping trip very easy and pleasant! I would definitely go back to this Home Depot!

May be, but in general, Home Depot has lost its credibility due to very poor staff management, especially in Brooklyn borough and Queens!

I always find what I am looking for and the staff is awesome. Highly recommend it.

A very comfortable location to shop for your hardware needs. The staff are mostly friendly and will help you when available. The only thing is this store needs to start providing an Email- receipt like some other Home depot stores as an option during checkout which makes returns easy.

The ONLY HD to shop at. The employees are knowledgeable and it’s organized on the shelves.

While some associates were courteous, unfortunately the person I had to deal with to pick up propane tanks was anything but courteous. She was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately I will not return to this store.

The easiest of Home Depot stores to navigate. Clean and friendly, professional staff.

I find the raceway store to be generally more organized than other Home Depots. And the staff also seems more knowledgeable and willing to help.

Team members such as Shirley, Randy, Valerie, Maryanne, Bob and Edwin are professional, friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and they take the time to listen. They are attentive and truly care about each customer's needs. Nelson was there to help me in the parking lot to make sure my items were securely placed in my vehicle. The store is neat, safe, clean & well-stocked with quality products. The team members are outstanding, especially those noted above .

This is our "go-to" store for home improvement needs. The shelves are well stocked, store is clean and team members are friendly when you need help. Prices are fair and reasonable. We rarely leave empty handed!

I love this Home Depot except today we had a very odd experience. We went to get paint and paint supplies and I’m 8 months pregnant and we have our four year old with us. We brought about 100$ worth paint supplies to paint our home. We had our Wellesley farms water bottle and the cashier Jadzia asked if that’s our water we said yes. The. She continued to kind of interrogate us. She asked well did you buy it from here? We replied it’s a brand not sold at Home Depot. Then she wanted to see it. Why would we spend all that money on paint supplies and not pay for a bottle of water? Does she not know the products that are sold in her work place? And why are you accusing a family? I was offended because she was rude in her approach. I hope she will receive proper training to treat her customers better. That was our first time to experience such condescending and ridiculing customer service. Other than that we love Home Depot and will continue to shop there.

Wasted an hour here trying to have a exterior door installed. Paid for the service to measure my entrance. When he showed up he tells me we do not remove metal door frames. what a waste of time
